Had experienced harships only, in just can knowing life won't plain sailing; Had experienced a setback only, ability is known how to be faced the next time setback. The hard to avoid on life journey can encounter obstacle, suffer a defeat and even failure, these are the reverses that people often says.
只有经历过风雨，才能懂得人生中不会一帆风顺；只有经历过挫折，才能懂得怎样去面对下一次的挫折。人生路上难免会遇到阻碍、失利乃至失败，这些就是人们常说的挫折。
I pass from countless illusion, how can be I done when I face a setback? What kind of sentiment can I have? What kind of reaction can I have again? In the time that I had not faced a setback, I often am imagined so, I consider the issue that the meeting when the setting at that time is mixed produces. If in those day, when facing a setback, I may cry loudly, may cry 3 days of last 3 night, also may abandon oneself life because of the setback; If in those day, I am an appearance very firm and but the girl with flimsy heart, when facing a setback, I may hide in the quilt to cry, do not tell anyone, bury it in its bottom of the heart; If in those day, I am an adamancy and brave girl, these setbacks, I am met turn a blind eye to, I won't abandon my life because of the setback, won't stop oneself ongoing pace because of the setback more. Because I believe, day, always want to shine, darkness always can go, the sun can enlighten after all the earth.
我从无数次的幻想过，当我面对挫折的时候我会怎么做？我会有什么样的情绪？我又会有什么样的反应？我还没有面对挫折的日子里，我经常这样幻想，我想当时的场景和到时会发生的事情。如果在那时，在面对挫折的时候，我可能会嚎啕大哭，可能会哭上个三天三夜，也可能会因为挫折而放弃自己的人生；如果在那时，我是一个外表很坚强而但内心脆弱的女孩，在面对挫折的时候，我可能会躲在被子里哭泣，不告诉任何人，把它埋在自己的心底；如果在那时，我是一个坚强而又勇敢的女孩，这些挫折，我会视而不见，我不会因为挫折而放弃自己的人生，更不会因为挫折而停止自己前进的脚步。因为我相信，天，总是要亮的，黑暗总会过去，太阳终究会照亮大地。
There still are a lot of good things to waiting for us to do in life, cannot lose oneself confidence because of this setback before. We should not fear setback, want to rise formidably, want to face those setbacks bravely.
人生中还有许多美好的事等着我们去做，不能因为眼前的这一点挫折而丧失自己的信心。我们不应该害怕挫折，要强大起来，要勇敢的去面对那些挫折。
