我出生于湖北省宜昌市夷陵区秭归县的一个山间小村庄里。记忆里的十五年前，家乡的村民喝的都是纯天然的山泉水。村民们在沙土松软的背阴处挖一个大坑，经过一夜的渗透，第二天清晨就有了汪汪一池清澈的山泉水。由于那时的工业污染几乎可以忽略不计，小水池里的水可以直接饮用。全村人都靠着家家户户宅院旁边自挖的小水池吃喝，有时几户人家集中起来挖一个大水池用来洗涤衣物。夏季一遇到暴雨天气，山洪冲下来，大小水池便都荡然无存了。村民们没有了生活用水，便都愁眉苦脸，唉声叹气了。那时候，谁都没有见过自来水。在大家的心目中，自来水应该算是奢侈品吧！

是啊！咱村15年前还是一个贫苦落后的小山村，到如今一跃成为远近闻名的富裕村。清明前后，山坡地上茶园里人山人海，人们欢天喜地地采摘春茶，煸炒成成品，为人们带来了美满幸福的生活。金秋时节，脐橙成熟，馨香拍鼻，大人小孩扶老携幼、喜笑颜开，远近客商，你来我往，乡邻们的辛勤劳动换来了一张张簇新挺刮的钞票。村民人人有饭吃，家家有余钱，闲下来的时候，就去长江边上钓钓鱼，喝喝茶，一派雍容气度，过的是闲云野鹤般的神仙生活啊！
