在刚上初中时，我的体育成绩不怎么好，这让我非常的但心。体育分数也从50分增加到了60分，以后可能会更高。

我的一分钟跳绳不过是90个左右，离满分还有很大的差距。于是我不得不每天练习，几天后我的跳绳稍有长进，但也不过是100多个。我有点灰心丧气，心想：反正我只能跳这些了，我就不练了吧！但我转念又想：人要有毅力，否则将一事无成！我只要坚持练习下去，必定会有所突破！于是我有继续练习，一天进步一点点，终于我又得到了进步。

So every common grain also can be in some becomes so marvelous momently!
在一节体育课上，老师说：“每个人1分钟必须跳到150以上，没作文有完成的就男生跑1000米，女生跑800米。”我心想：“完了，完了！我跑步还没有跳绳好呢。”我一听到老师说开始，我就开始跳，不敢松懈，100……130……150……163！我跳了163个，那一刻，我都有一点不相信，真是功夫不负有心人啊！那一刻我是真觉得自己了不起。原来每个普通的颗粒也会在某一刻变得如此了不起！
