来之前听老师讲，这是一所农村小学，而学生们大多是留守儿童，由爷爷奶奶照看。汽车到站后，我们下了车。学校就建在路边，顺着这羊肠小路往前望去，是一片红砖瓦房，小路伸进其深处。那是我们还未涉足的地方，料想那便是四合村；而我的后方，小路连起了大路，是我们来时的方向。学校坐落在田野之中，周围都是绿油油的麦田。东瞧瞧西望望，这才发现，学校周边的建筑物少得可怜，孤零零地，但学生和老师们对学习的热情未因此而减弱，这才为学校增添了一抹生机。

After the bus arrived at the station, we got off. The school is built on the roadside. Looking ahead along this small path, there are red brick and tile houses, and the path extends deep into it. That's a place we haven't ventured into yet, probably Sihe Village; And behind me, a small path connects to the main road, which is the direction we came from. The school is located in the fields, surrounded by green wheat fields. Looking around, I realized that the buildings around the school were pitifully few and isolated, but the enthusiasm of students and teachers for learning did not diminish, which added a touch of vitality to the school.
在学生和老师们的热烈欢迎下，我们排成两队进入校园。终于是见到了小学的“庐山真面目”。学校不大，但是非常整洁。这里的学生们带着我们参观了他们的学校。我们先参观了教学楼，一到六年级六间教室都在这里了。教室一间间很小，但里面的布置却非常丰富，板报显然是最近刚办过的，教室后面还放有大绳，篮球等。接着我们到了教学楼的后方，这里别有洞天，由于空间有限，跑步的操场只是靠墙画了一半，周围还有篮球场，健身场以及进行跳绳，踢毽子的活动场地，可见学校非常重视学生们的体育锻炼。在篮球场旁边，还有一栋楼，叫“躬行楼”。和教学楼相比，这里更像是新建成的，之所以看起来这么新，是因为这里大多是办公室，同学平时很少来。出了“躬行楼”，紧接着就进入了花园，但这里的树上都是光秃秃的，显然还没发挥出应有的生机，另一侧的花园里，则是我们与这里的学生们刚刚共同栽下的友谊之树，它们将带着我们的友情茁壮成长！

The students here took us to visit their school. We first visited the teaching building, where all six classrooms for grades one to six are located. The classrooms are small one by one, but the layout inside is very rich. The bulletin board is obviously a recent addition, and there are also ropes, basketballs, etc. placed at the back of the classroom. Then we arrived at the back of the teaching building, where there was a unique paradise. Due to limited space, the running playground was only half drawn against the wall. There were also basketball courts, fitness fields, and activity areas for skipping rope and kicking shuttlecock around, indicating that the school attached great importance to students' physical exercise. Next to the basketball court, there is a building called the "Gongxing Building". Compared to the teaching building, this place looks more like newly built. The reason why it looks so new is because most of it is an office, and students rarely come here. After leaving the 'Gongxing Building', we immediately entered the garden. However, the trees here were all bare, indicating that they had not yet fully developed their vitality. On the other side of the garden, there were the trees of friendship that we and the students here had just planted together. They will grow strong with our friendship!
四合村小学的硬件设施与我现在的学校可以说是一个天上一个地下，但像这里的学生代表所说的那样——“他们对生活与学习都怀有一颗拼搏向上的心”。像我在这里所结识的刘同学，成绩在班里是中上等的。她虽然性格内向，朋友较少，但有主见。像我们做游戏时，老师在组织拔河，我正犹豫要不要报名，但又害怕不顾及刘同学感受，就没有举手。我本以为她不会主动去做游戏，但我想错了，她拖起了大绳，我恍然大悟：原来她是要跳大绳啊！我被震撼到了，连忙帮她拿起大绳，并找到了人一起甩，刘同学在中间跳。这时我才发现了她的长处和她对跳绳的热爱。一股敬意在我内心油然而生。
The hardware facilities of Sihe Village Primary School are like heaven and earth compared to my current school, but as the student representatives here have said, 'they have a fighting and upward heart for both life and learning'. Like Liu, whom I met here, his grades are above average in the class. Although she is introverted and has few friends, she has her own opinions. When we were playing a game, the teacher was organizing a tug of war, and I was hesitating whether to sign up or not, but I was afraid of not considering Liu's feelings, so I didn't raise my hand. I thought she wouldn't take the initiative to play games, but I was wrong. She pulled up the rope and I suddenly realized that she was going to jump on it! I was shocked and quickly helped her pick up the rope, and found someone to shake it with. Liu jumped in the middle. Only then did I realize her strengths and her love for skipping rope. A sense of respect arises within me.
快乐的时光总是短暂的，一上午转瞬即逝。我排在队伍中，向学校外走去，眼睛在学生们中寻找着刘同学的身影。我看见了她，向她说了声“好好学习”，不知她听没听到……校门外站满了四合村村民，他们用掌声送我们离开。我看到，他们沧桑的面容上，无不是感慨，无不是向往，又无不是对后代满满的期望……
Happy moments are always fleeting, a morning passes by in an instant. I stood in line and walked outside the school, my eyes searching for Liu's figure among the students. I saw her and said 'study hard' to her. I don't know if she heard me... Outside the school gate, there were villagers from Sihe Village standing there, applauding as we left. I see that on their weathered faces, there is nothing but emotion, longing, and full expectations for future generations
