初冬总是伴随着挥之不去的雾霾，云层不断地堆积，好像随时都要垮压下来。放学了，我还在操场上训练着跳远。站在起跑线上，一鼓作气，我一次次向沙坑冲去，我挥汗如雨，可是仍然好几次都踩线。随着最后一次向沙坑飞跃，我的体力也到了极限，我颓然的坐在沙坑里。

从那以后，每天白天我都认真的学习，放学后再来沙坑边跳半小时放松一下一天的疲劳。当我不再有着那么大的压力后，我也在一点点进步着，我感受到了久违的纯粹热爱跳远的感动。
