一说起传家宝，大家的脑海里就浮现出许多价值连城的宝物——钱、房子……其实我家的传家宝就是我家的家风——勤俭节约。它虽然很不起眼，但是却让我受益匪浅。

六岁前，我是一名留守儿童，和奶奶在农村生活，看到奶奶勤俭持家的场景，我似懂非懂地了解了“一粥一饭当思来之不易，半丝半缕恒念物力维艰。”当时奶奶家只有奶奶一个劳动力，不多的田地花费了她很多精力和心血。选种、育苗、栽种、施肥、除草、浇水，每一道工序她都精益求精。在种植过程中，奶奶坚持少量多样，尽可能收获多种类的五谷杂粮和新鲜蔬菜，让全家人在不同的季节都可以享受到不同的食物。
Before I was six years old, I was a left behind child. I lived with my grandmother in the countryside. When I saw the scene of her diligent and thrifty housekeeping, I vaguely understood that "one Congee and one meal are hard to come by, and half a wisp of perseverance is hard to find." At that time, my grandmother's family only had one labor force, and a small amount of land cost her a lot of energy and effort. She strives for excellence in every process of seed selection, seedling cultivation, planting, fertilization, weeding, and watering. During the planting process, Grandma insists on harvesting a variety of grains and fresh vegetables in small quantities, allowing the whole family to enjoy different foods in different seasons.
奶奶家的餐桌上，每餐两个菜，适量的主食，菜量不多，保证吃饱并“光盘”。在物资匮乏的年代，奶奶的认识体现出她做人的大气。但凡邻居有困难，她都及时出手相助，正是这份大气，让村里人到现在还挂念着奶奶。去年，奶奶病重，邻居带上土特产前来看望，这份情谊是对奶奶大气、节俭的真情回报！

现在我和妈妈一起生活，妈妈平常该花的钱再多也要花，不该花的钱一分也不能花。妈妈在小孩教育和家人素养提升方面，从不吝啬，坚持读万卷书和行万里路相结合。在吃喝和添置物品方面，从需为刚、量力而行。我家餐桌上推行“三菜一汤”，荤素搭配，注重营养，即便剩下一些，当天晚上可继续食用。另外，我家对水、电等资源利用总是“精打细算”，不开白昼灯，不滴长流水，夏天空调温度设定在26度以上，日常生活中坚持人走断电断水，废水重复利用，旧物循环使用。

My family's dining table promotes the "three dishes and one soup" policy, with a combination of meat and vegetables and a focus on nutrition. Even if there is some left, it can be continued to be consumed that evening. In addition, my family always calculates the use of resources such as water and electricity carefully, does not turn on daytime lights, does not drip long flowing water, sets the air conditioning temperature above 26 degrees Celsius in summer, insists on cutting off power and water when walking in daily life, reuses wastewater, and recycles old objects.
在奶奶和妈妈的潜移默化下，我也过起了节俭的生活，草稿纸写到没有空隙才撕掉，擦嘴的纸巾反折后再擦餐桌，一日三餐，饭碗里的饭菜吃干净……当然，在生活中，我还注重文明习惯的养成，不乱扔乱丢物品，做好垃圾分类，提醒家人关灯、节水、饭菜打包、废物利用等等。

I only tear off the draft paper when there is no gap, fold the tissue used to wipe my mouth before wiping the dining table, eat three meals a day, and clean up the food in my bowl...
