Last Friday, under the organization of the Party committee, I watched the movie "Nanjing Photography Studio" with my comrades. This film, set against the backdrop of the Nanjing Massacre, vividly presents that heavy history with a unique perspective and delicate narrative, which has deeply touched and inspired me to contemplate.
影片以“吉祥照相馆”为故事发生的核心场景，讲述了南京沦陷后，一群普通百姓躲在照相馆中避难的经历。他们原本有着各自平凡的生活，然而战争的残酷无情地打破了一切平静，将邮差阿昌、戏伶毓秀、翻译官王广海、照相馆老板老金一家卷入了生死存亡的漩涡。当被迫为日军摄影师冲洗底片时，他们意外发现了能证明日军屠城罪证的照片。从这一刻起，这些原本只求保命的普通人，内心的良知被唤醒，毅然决然地踏上了守护真相、传递罪证的艰难之路。
The film is titled '; Jixiang Photography Studio; As the core scene of the story, it tells the experience of a group of ordinary people taking refuge in a photography studio after the fall of Nanjing. They originally had their own ordinary lives, but the cruelty and ruthlessness of the war broke all the peace, dragging the postman Achang, actress Yuxiu, translator Wang Guanghai, and photo studio owner Lao Jin's family into a whirlpool of life and death. When forced to develop film for Japanese photographers, they unexpectedly discovered photos that could prove the guilt of the Japanese army's massacre. From this moment on, these ordinary people who originally only sought to save their lives were awakened by their conscience and resolutely embarked on the difficult path of guarding the truth and passing on evidence of their crimes.
观看影片的过程中，我的心情无比沉重。那些照片中呈现出的日军暴行，无辜百姓惨遭屠戮，被活埋、被枪杀，妇女遭受凌辱，每一幕都如同一把利刃，刺痛着我的心。我仿佛穿越时空，亲身感受到了那个黑暗绝望时代里，人们所经历的恐惧与痛苦。而侵略者的残暴与冷血，更是让我对其行径感到无比的愤怒与痛恨。但同时，影片中也处处闪耀着人性的光辉。面对危险，众人没有选择退缩，而是团结一心，想尽办法保护底片。他们或是将底片藏入墙缝、埋进地基，或是以自己的生命为代价，为传递罪证争取时间。这种在绝境中展现出的勇气和坚守，让我深深动容。老金在出城时，为了掩护毓秀携幼子突围至安全区，毅然选择断后，最终倒在日军的枪下。他用自己的生命诠释了对正义和真相的执着守护，也让我看到了平凡人在民族大义面前所爆发出的伟大力量。
During the process of watching the film, my mood was extremely heavy. The atrocities committed by the Japanese army depicted in those photos, where innocent civilians were brutally slaughtered, buried alive, and shot dead, and women were humiliated, each scene was like a sharp blade, piercing my heart. I feel like I have traveled through time and space, personally experiencing the fear and pain that people experienced in that dark and desperate era. The brutality and cold-blooded nature of the aggressors have made me feel extremely angry and resentful towards their actions. But at the same time, the film also shines with the brilliance of humanity everywhere. Faced with danger, everyone did not choose to back down, but instead united and tried their best to protect the film. They either hide the negatives in wall crevices, bury them in foundations, or sacrifice their own lives to buy time for the transmission of incriminating evidence. The courage and perseverance displayed in this desperate situation deeply moved me. When Lao Jin left the city, in order to cover Yu Xiu and her young son breaking through to the safe zone, he resolutely chose to leave the rear and ultimately fell under the Japanese army's guns. He demonstrated his unwavering commitment to justice and truth with his own life, and also showed me the great power that ordinary people can unleash in the face of national righteousness.
