大人们总是会对自己的孩子说：“坚持就是胜利”“加油，胜利在眼前”“铁棒磨成绣花针”等等。但是读了《闪闪发光的心愿》一书后，我又对坚持有了新的认识。
Adults always say to their children, 'Perseverance is victory,' 'Keep going, victory is in front of you,' 'Iron bars are ground into embroidery needles,' and so on. But after reading 'Sparkling Wishes', I gained a new understanding of perseverance.

看完这本书后我认为只要努力，坚持不懈地去做一件事就能成功。即使没有成功，也会有很大的进步，或是成就。
After reading this book, I believe that as long as you work hard and persistently do something, you can succeed. Even if there is no success, there will still be significant progress or achievement.

在我表弟、一，二年级的时候，字写地龙飞凤舞，飞上飞下，老师经常打电话告诉他家长，让他再写一遍。后来他在二下年级地暑假时下定决心要练好书法，还让他爸爸给他报了一个以前最不喜欢的写字课，他每天都练字，每一个字写完都和老师写的字细细比较，就在外玩耍时，也会练上半个小时，然后打卡拍给老师。在三年级时，还获得了二等奖，老时师还常说他字写得好呢！
When my cousin was in first and second grade, he used to write 'Dragon Flying Phoenix Dance' and 'Flying Up and Down'. The teacher often called his parents and asked him to write it again. Later, during the summer vacation of his second grade, he made up his mind to practice calligraphy well. He even had his father enroll him in a calligraphy class that he used to dislike the most. He practiced calligraphy every day, comparing every word he wrote with the teacher's handwriting carefully. When he was playing outside, he would practice for half an hour and then clock in and take photos for the teacher. In third grade, he also won a second prize and was often praised by his teacher for his excellent handwriting!
所以，只要你下定决心，持坚去做，那件事的成功，就不再会是你的幻想！
