那一次，爸爸带着我来到游乐场学游泳，这也是我人生第一次学游泳。这里的小孩很多，都是在他们的爸爸妈妈指导下，很轻松欢快地游着。只有我一个人在旁边默默的看着他们在那玩。爸爸走过来问我：“你怎么不下水呀？”我努力的在脸上挤出了笑容说道：“好的，这就下来。”爸爸好像看出我唯唯诺诺的表情，瞬间就微微一笑。安慰道：“每个人不管做什么事，都要勇敢坚强地迈出人生第一步，只要你做了，作文/才会明白很多道理，学到很多经验，不要害怕，要相信自己。”

这时，爸爸给我支了几招：要屏住呼吸，身体平衡放轻松，然后摆动手和脚，要像青蛙一样泳动。爸爸说这叫“蛙泳”。刚开始憋气时间很短，喝了很多水，还差点儿被水呛到。那时我想要放弃，可是一想到爸爸说的话，我一定要坚持到底，因为只有这样我才能把困难打败，慢慢地就这样我学会了。
