终于盼到了我们小组给大家讲“思想与品德”课了，我既紧张又兴奋，想：这是我第一次上台讲课，真的好紧张啊！如果我说错了，同学们会不会笑话我呢？想到这我给自己不断地打气，“加油！加油！我能做到的！”我自言自语道。于是，我扬起头，挺起胸大步地走向了讲台，但是当我站到讲台上时，我又一次紧张起来，眼睛慌张地盯着讲台下黑压压的一大片人头，头上大冒冷汗，牙齿不停地在打颤，手紧紧地攥着教材，腿也不住的发抖，半天竟然说不出一个字来，半晌，我结结巴巴地说：“大……大家好，今天……我……我给大家……”等我讲完第一句话时，两分钟已经过去了，同学们都开始小声议论起来，这使我更紧张了，我心里暗暗想：哼！张玉博你怎么这么胆小？连上台讲课都不敢了？正是这句话激励了我，让我再次鼓起勇气，大声地讲起课来。起初，我还是有点小紧张，但后来越讲越投入，越讲越自信，几乎讲得和苏老师一样绘声绘色，活灵活现。不知不觉下课铃响了，我的课也完美结束了，我话音刚落，大家就报以热烈掌声和呼喊声，就在那一瞬间，我兴奋地跳了起来，大喊：“我成功了！我太兴奋了！”苏老师夜向我投来了赞许的目光。
Through this thing I knew a table on one minute, below the stage 10 years of result, want to had done a thing, must prepare seriously, I also was experienced it is not easy to become a teacher. That momently I am really excited!
通过这件事我知道了台上一分钟，台下十年功，要想做好一件事，必须认真准备，我也体会到了当老师并不容易。那一刻我真兴奋！(文/张玉博)
