但令我印象最深刻的要数攀岩活动了。攀岩是要抓稳钉在五米高的岩壁上的石头，一步一个脚印地攀到终点。大家争先恐后地来攀岩，轮到我了，我望着高高的岩壁，心里有些害怕，但又作文想到我是个男子汉，所以我鼓起勇气开始攀岩了。我伸出双手抓紧头顶上方的两块岩石，紧接着我抬起右脚踩稳右边的一块岩石，然后又抬起左脚踩稳左边的一块岩石，最后使劲向上一蹬，我就攀上了岩壁的第一级。我就按这个动作一直向上攀，快攀到终点了，我出于好奇，往下一看，“天啊，太高了！”我的腿不禁微微颤抖，而且越抖越厉害，我刚想要放弃，却听到下面的同学们在为我大声喊“加油！加油！”我的耳边也回响起爸爸经常说的“只要坚持，就能胜利！”这句话。于是，我又鼓起勇气，用尽全力，继续向上攀，最终，我攀到了终点。我的心里既激动又兴奋！
