秋高气爽，十月佳节。今年的十月，竟是国庆和中秋携手而行。国庆，举国欢庆；中秋，家和团圆。有的人去旅游，有的人去爬山，有的人去划船，而我却度过了一个不一样的国庆节。

National Day, celebrated throughout the country; Mid Autumn Festival, family and reunion. Some people go traveling, some go hiking, some go boating, but I spent a different National Day.
国庆假期里，爸爸妈妈带着我和妹妹去姥姥家。这天上午，我们来到了姥姥家，只见大门口的玉米一堆又一堆，像一座座耸立的小山，我一看就知道这是姥姥家的玉米收了。只见大家忙忙碌碌，干得热火朝天，大姨、小姨、姥姥在剥玉米，哥哥、弟弟在装玉米，姥爷、大伯、舅舅负责把玉米装在笼子里。看到这里，于是我立即加入他们的队伍，也跟着大家干起来！

Auntie, aunt, and grandmother were peeling corn, brother and brother were packing corn, and grandfather, uncle, and aunt were responsible for packing corn in cages. Seeing this, I immediately joined their team and started working with everyone!
我和弟弟、哥哥把玉米装进塑料袋……我们干得很快，不大一会儿，就把所剩无几的袋子用完了。这时，姥爷又找出来一些空袋子，我们看见空袋，就像凶狠的饿狼看到食物一样，不顾一切的冲上去拿在手中。只要手中有袋子，我们就如同猛虎下山一般，飞快地装起来。我们把堆的像小山似的玉米，当成漫山遍野的敌军，对“敌军”进行疯狂的“大扫荡”。大家拼命的剥、装、拉、倒，忙得汗流浃背，气喘吁吁。中途我想休息，但我想到蚂蚁那么小，还能举起比自己身体重30倍的东西，这点困难算什么？想到这里，顿时，我身上似乎有使不完的力气，又干了起来。时间流逝，经过一天的“奋战”，终于把“敌人”打败，取得“胜利”。
My younger brother, brother, and I put the corn into plastic bags... We worked very fast and soon ran out of the few bags left. At this moment, Grandpa found some empty bags again. When we saw the empty bags, we rushed up and held them in our hands, just like a fierce hungry wolf seeing food. As long as we have a bag in our hands, we quickly pack it up like a tiger descending from the mountain. We treat the corn piled up like a small mountain as an enemy army spreading all over the mountains, and conduct a crazy 'sweeping' of the 'enemy'. Everyone was desperately peeling, pretending, pulling, and collapsing, so busy that they were sweating profusely and panting heavily. Halfway through, I want to take a break, but I think ants are so small that they can still lift things that are 30 times heavier than their own bodies. What's so difficult about this? Thinking of this, suddenly I seemed to have endless strength on my body and started working again. Time passed, and after a day of 'fighting', we finally defeated the 'enemy' and achieved 'victory'.
虽然累，但很快乐！经过这次干农活，我明白了一个道理：世上无难事，只怕有心人。
Although tired, I am very happy! After doing farm work this time, I have come to understand a truth: nothing is difficult in the world, only those who have the will.
