今年3月12日，我参加了学校组织开展的“种下一棵绿树，享受一片蓝天”主题植树活动。我们班的同学们举着少先队队旗，排好队高高兴兴的来到了植物园。
On March 12th of this year, I participated in the school organized tree planting activity with the theme of "Plant a Green Tree, Enjoy a Blue Sky". Our classmates held the Young Pioneers flag and lined up happily to come to the botanical garden.
到植物园后以班级为单位，首先按照学校分工，认领了树苗和工具，然后在班里再进行分组，认领了植树任务。同学们按组拿上树苗和工具迅速的到了事先挖好的树坑旁，把树苗小心翼翼地放入坑里。一个同学负责把树苗扶正，另一个同学负责挖土、填土。等把树种完以后，用脚把泥踩紧，再浇上水。最后，我们找了几个空地插上提前准备好的树牌，上面写着“爱护树木，人人有责”和“种下一棵绿树，享受一片蓝天”。终于，功夫不负有心人，我们用了两个多小时种好了“小苗林”。看见同学们满头大汗感觉很累很累，但同学们没有一个说“累”的，反而脸上露出了满意的笑容。因为同学们都知道今天种的“小苗林”以后会成为“大森林”。
After arriving at the botanical garden, the students were divided into classes and first claimed the saplings and tools according to the school's division of labor. Then, they were grouped in the class and claimed the tree planting task. The classmates quickly picked up saplings and tools in groups and arrived at the pre dug tree pit, carefully placing the saplings into the pit. One student is responsible for straightening the saplings, while another student is responsible for digging and filling the soil. After planting the trees, press the mud tightly with your feet and then water it. Finally, we found a few vacant spaces and planted pre prepared tree signs that read "Caring for trees is everyone's responsibility" and "Plant a green tree and enjoy a blue sky". Finally, hard work pays off, and we spent over two hours planting the 'little seedling forest'. Seeing my classmates sweating profusely, I felt very tired, but none of them said 'tired', instead, a satisfied smile appeared on their faces. Because students all know that the "little seedling forest" planted today will become a "big forest" in the future.
这是我第一次参加植树活动，这次活动让我对植树节有了更加透彻的了解，也让我们把植树从一个简单的口号变成了实际的行动。
This is my first time participating in a tree planting activity, which has given me a deeper understanding of Arbor Day and helped us turn tree planting from a simple slogan into practical action.
