三年级男子组400米比赛了，三年级女子组400米比赛了，四年级400米比赛了，轮到五年级了，轮到我，我要上场了。我来到1号跑道中，原先的自信又少了几分，我的心难以抑制地紧张起来，担心自己会像上次比赛一样失败。裁判一声口哨令下，我和其他班的运动员们一同冲出了起跑线。我心中的计划是这样的：我可以在第一圈时，先跑慢一些，再在跑第二圈时加快速度，冲向终点。我想，可以的，就这样！按计划，在第二圈中我用尽全身力气向终点冲去，可是我还是名落孙山。我觉得我还远远没有训练时表现得好，感到很失落！

I arrived at runway 1, and my confidence had diminished a bit. My heart became uncontrollably nervous, worried that I would fail like in the last race. With a whistle from the referee, I and the athletes from other classes rushed out of the starting line together. My plan in mind is this: I can slow down a bit on the first lap, and then increase my speed on the second lap to reach the finish line. I think it's possible, that's it! According to the plan, I used all my strength to rush towards the finish line in the second lap, but I still fell behind. I feel that I am far from performing well during training and feel very disappointed!
我垂头丧气地回到家里，把今天在赛场上的情况告诉了奶奶。奶奶听了后，安慰我，说相信我在下一项比赛中一定能取得好的成绩。得到了奶奶的肯定和鼓励，我又重新拾起了信心。

第二天，我满怀期待，又准备迎战。可是老师认为我体力不好，就把我换掉了。那时，我的心如刀绞一般，我的泪水涌上了心头，但是我依旧默默地在心里安慰自己：没事，孙诗慧，你不要因为这次的失败，而对自己失去信心，“失败乃是成功之母”，要做一个坚强、自信的人，下次，你一定可以成功的，加油！
