学做蛋挞作文600字

下午我肚子饿了,我让妈妈带我去外面买蛋挞吃,妈妈问我想不想自己做蛋挞,我正在犹豫不定,担心自己不会做,妈妈说:“没事的,蛋挞很简单的,既然你喜欢吃,学会了以后可以经常自己做来吃哦!”我听了以后,决定试一试。

我心里想,原来这么简单啊,就是把东西放在一起搅拌,太容易了。正想着,妈妈取出5个鸡蛋给我,让我用蛋清分离器将蛋黄和蛋清分离,我一只手拿着分离器,一只手敲鸡蛋,结果第一个鸡蛋还没等拿到分离器,就打入了碗里,我只好拿着碗往分离器倒,结果没有分离成功,蛋清和蛋黄都混在了一起,我有点沮丧,妈妈说没关系,再来一次。我拿起一个鸡蛋,小心翼翼的对着作文碗的边沿敲,慢慢的把蛋壳敲裂,敲出一条只够蛋清流出来的缝隙,对着分离器倒,蛋清慢慢流出来了,最后流下了蛋黄,蛋黄落在分离器上,蛋清过滤掉进了下面的碗里,太棒了,我成功了,我开心的笑了,接着继续分离了4个蛋黄,然后搅拌均匀。
