从小学开始，我的长跑成绩就一直不理想，升入初中正巧学校有定向越野社团，于是我报名参加了。

半圈过去了，我感到双腿好似灌满了铅一般，挪一步就要费尽我全身的力气。刚想停下，便听见心底深处传了一个声音：“加油，坚持住！你既然选择了要参加这门课程，就要尽全力做到最好，不然还有什么意义呢？而且你不能辜负老师对你的期望啊！”我犹豫再三，还是决定坚持下来，我要跑下来！眼看离终点线越来越近，我想要坚持下来的念头也愈加明显。还有100米，50米，30米！我又从骨头里挤出了点力量，终于跑过了终点线。我挪到跑道旁，大口地喘着粗气。但我也很开心，我坚持下来了，我的决定是正确的！望向老师，他正用鼓励的目光望着我呢。
