在我的人生字典中，是没有“慢”这个字的。做什么事的时候，心中都有一个声音在喊：“快，快，快！”不管事情做的好坏，我就要做最快的那个。
In my dictionary of life, there is no word for 'slow'. When doing something, there is a voice in my heart shouting, 'Quick, quick, quick!' No matter how good or bad the task is, I will do the fastest one.
做题的时候，我的心中又念着口号：“快，快，快！”我热血上头，拿着笔刷刷的写着。草稿随便一打，别人才完成一面，我已经遥遥领先了。但我只是潦草的写完了卷子，答案也不知对错，心中只为了“快”而沾沾自喜。我左顾右盼，想知道我究竟是不是“第一名”，连试卷也没有心思检查。等试卷发下来，我可傻了眼：不仅没考好，还受到了批评。这就是“快”的后果。

When the exam paper was issued, I was stunned: not only did I not do well, but I also received criticism. This is the consequence of 'fast'.
比赛的时候，我也争强好胜，抢一个“快”字。在接力赛中，我因为着急，没有热身，从一开始就落了下风，我的心里更着急了，生怕别人抢在了我前头。眼看着马上就要到终点了，突然我的鞋带松了，我踉踉跄跄的摔倒在地上，身上许多地方都擦破皮了。我真是后悔，这就是抢“快”的后果。

吃饭的时候，我那股不服输的“精神”又涌现出来了，我不再细嚼慢咽，开始狼吞虎咽。突然，我呛住了，咳了一声，结果吐了一地，路过的同学都捂着鼻子看着我，向我投来嫌弃的目光。让我顿时尴尬不已，这就是抢“快”的后果。
When I was eating, my indomitable spirit emerged again. I stopped chewing slowly and began to devour food greedily. Suddenly, I choked and coughed, and ended up vomiting all over the ground. Passing classmates covered their noses and looked at me with disdainful eyes. I was immediately embarrassed, this is the consequence of rushing for 'fast'.
“快”这个字，让我吃尽了苦头。所以我要送自己一个“慢”字。做题的时候，慢下来，能够细心的检查；比赛的时候，慢下来，能够充分的热身；吃饭的时候，慢下来，不让自己处于尴尬的境地。有了“慢”这个字，我相信，我一定能让自己改掉任何事都要抢“快”的缺点。
The word 'fast' has caused me a lot of trouble. So I want to give myself the word 'slow'.
