At dusk, an old man leaning on a cane walked further and further down the mountain.

At the foot of the mountain, we met this old man: dressed simply in a white coat, wearing a small hat, with silver hair all over his head. Even though his face was covered in wrinkles like grooves, it still couldn't cover up the bright light in his eyes.

We embarked on the difficult journey of conquering this mountain together.

The mountain is truly towering. Those who have heard it say that the higher you go, the steeper the mountain path becomes, and the narrower the stone steps become. In some places, you need to use both hands and feet to climb up.

The elderly man's children asked him anxiously, "Dad, are you going up this mountain? No, let's not go up." The old man smiled brightly and said, "Hahaha... I'm tough, don't worry, it's okay!" With that composure, Guan Yun rode alone for thousands of miles, his long beard fluttering and majestic.

I admire the elderly person's composed and cheerful demeanor.

Climbing up, I felt my body couldn't take it anymore, so I gasped for breath and leaned against the big stone next to me. Looking at the old man, leaning on his crutch and feeling the wind under his feet, he left us behind like a long-distance runner.

The beauty of the mountains makes us stop and admire them at all times. Large areas are covered with lush forests, like green brushes brushing over them, with green stretching and vitality, and green pine trees standing tall and straight on both sides. After decades of wind and rain, it still stands tall and evergreen. Just like this old man, time can whiten his silver hair, but it can never bend his back, as firm as a pine tree.

Halfway up to the mountainside, there appeared a series of steep, half human high stone steps. How could this not be a great test? Everyone advised the elderly: as they grow older, they should not engage in such danger. Isn't it not worth the loss if they make some mistakes? The old man shook his head, his eyes full of determination. He handed the cane to his daughter, hooked his hands on the edge of the stone steps, and kicked his legs on the raised part. With one force, he half of his body went up, and his right leg stepped down. He stood on the stone steps, dusted off the dust on his hands, calmly took the cane, and moved in one go. To others, it doesn't seem like an elderly person over fifty years old, but rather a healthy young person.

Age is a label, but it cannot indicate a person's inner spirit.

Age is a limitation, but it cannot limit a young heart.

Age is not external, not a label, nor a limitation, but the eternal pursuit of youth in this old man's heart.

He is resolute, brave, and confident.

I admire this old man.

I admire such a person.
