The rain and dew dripping from the clouds, pure as sunshine, the moonlight gathers on the muddy paths in the countryside, and the dried up weeds scatter everywhere. Only the footprints in the center, step by step, are the way home for people, attached with a little longing and tenderness. It cannot be expressed in a few words, nor can it be forgotten with a wave of goodbye. Countless love is also hidden in the dilapidated houses by the roadside.出处 wWW.zuOWeNBa.nEt

The scattered starlight under the moonlight converges into a gentle stream, guiding the lost people in the direction of returning home. I opened the window and leaned my hand slightly against the window frame. The piercing cold came from my fingertips, and the bleak autumn wind blew so hard that people couldn't open their eyes. In the dark night, the lights on the other side of the pond seemed to be the only guide in the darkness. I stared closely and saw an old lady sitting in front of the old and dilapidated house with lights on. Due to the cold, she bent slightly, stretched her hands around her, and shrunk into a ball. However, she tried her best to look into the distance. I followed the direction of her gaze and saw darkness in front of me. Occasionally, two cold winds blew by, and the withered grass let out a mournful cry that echoed in my ears.

I don't understand why she would sit in front of the door in this dark and cold weather. Suddenly, she stood up from the chair and walked towards the direction she was watching, gradually disappearing into the darkness. I was stunned. Suddenly, I remembered what my grandfather had said before, as if I understood everything. Sure enough, in a moment, the old woman led an old man to the direction of home. The old man took a box of Dim sum in his hand and carefully protected it in his arms. When they returned to the door, the old man stood under the warm light and handed Dim sum to the old woman.

My grandpa told me before that my grandpa on the other side of the pond was suffering from Alzheimer's disease. Every time he got sick, he just remembered that my grandma loved to eat Dim sum and would always buy them immediately. And once the old lady can't find the old man, she will sit at the door waiting for him, counting the time to pick him up, which seems to have become their customary rule.

On the muddy path, it is the old grandpa and grandma's way back home time and time again. It silently tells the ordinary yet refreshing little things related to love, which will not be carried away by rain and dew, but more like the eternal starlight, radiating its unique light from afar!
