我刚穿上防护服，只见他们将材料给了我们，一个已经打开的鸡蛋。我探头一看，蛋清就像一片平静的湖，而蛋黄却在它上面游泳，显得十分悠然自得！我拿起旁边的刮刀顺时针转，我先用刮刀扎破蛋黄，蛋黄里的液体“扑嗤”一下蹦了出来。我的手像马达一样转动着，我看见他竟然像一朵破土而出的花朵，直到后面蛋清和蛋黄逐渐相合，变成深黄色。用刮刀取出一些慢慢倒，蛋液就像口香糖一样黏黏的，在搅拌时还出现一个个大小一样的泡泡，这样的泡泡你慢慢搅拌，不会出现块状，搅得越来越多就像一个顽皮的孩子在和你玩打地鼠冒出来又探出头。

Use a scraper to take out some and slowly pour it out. The egg mixture is sticky like chewing gum, and bubbles of the same size appear when stirred. You slowly stir these bubbles, and they won't form lumps. As you stir more and more, it's like a mischievous child playing with you, playing with a groundhog, popping up and poking his head out.
接着将一杯冰牛奶倒入，顿时蛋液上就飘起一片白皮的外套，用刮刀一转牛奶就像泄气的皮球往下掉，可依然有几个落单的在蛋液上飘舞，这情景就如同初春时还未融化的冰雪在水中飘动，再次搅动深黄的蛋液和牛奶合二为一，颜色渐渐变淡成了淡黄色，我心里十分开心。这时我又将刮刀刮出一些，再慢慢倒下。这次蛋液不像之前粘稠，而是十分细腻一倒就滑了下去就跟冬天下的雪或沙漠的沙子那般细致，跟之前截然不同，之前刮起来就像有什么东西阻挡一样，现在越刮越丝滑，像有一种魔力让我搅拌下去，我惊奇的发现现在的蛋液的泡泡比之前更少了。

When poured, it slides down and becomes as fine as winter snow or desert sand. It's completely different from before. It used to scrape as if something was blocking it, but now it's getting smoother and smoother. There's a kind of magic that makes me stir it up. I'm surprised to find that the bubbles in the egg mixture now are fewer than before.
随后再加入糖，我将糖一股脑全加了进去。有一些宽宽的糖在水中漂浮，我又用刮刀将它们混合均匀，不搅拌不知道，一搅拌吓一跳，在下面没搅拌好的蛋清全浮起来了，那样子仿佛在大海里的一座座绿岛，怎么也搅拌不开。我的心里已经凉半截，虽然别人也有可能是越搅越少，可我的越搅越多，我十分不解。但是我依然相信只要坚持一定会出现奇迹，我的手像马达一般快速的搅拌着，渐渐的出现了淡淡的奶香，那一座座“绿岛”也不见了。等全部都做好就将液体倒入蛋挞皮，每个蛋挞皮倒入八分满即可，一人四个一下子100多个蛋挞就做好了，把蛋挞用托盘丢进微波炉里烤。

But I still believe that as long as I persist, miracles will happen. My hands are stirring quickly like a motor, and gradually a faint milk fragrance appears. The "green islands" are also gone. Once everything is ready, pour the liquid into the egg tart skins, filling each skin to 80% capacity. Four egg tarts per person will be ready at once, and over 100 egg tarts will be ready. Use a tray to grill the egg tarts in the microwave.
随着时间的流动，蛋挞做好了。蛋挞被拿了出来，首先一股鸡蛋味，其中带着一丝奶香味，蛋挞的中心部分是黄黄的，其中有三四片有点烤焦，外部是一层一层的，看起来就让人口水直流。
