今天很荣幸参加了“清廉学校”建设系列活动，很高兴能藉此机会和你们聊聊廉洁的话题。此刻，清楚地记得你们教我《咏廉政》时的情景，还记得那感人的诗句：“一身正气豪情壮，两袖清风意志昂。秉公勤政讲贡献，为国报效美名扬。”参天大树，必有其根；怀山之水，必有其源。感谢你们在我的人生起步之初，睿智过人，在我的心间种下一颗正直为人的种子。
I am honored to participate in the "Clean School" construction series of activities today, and I am delighted to take this opportunity to talk to you about the topic of integrity. At this moment, I vividly remember the scene when you taught me "Ode to Clean Governance", and I still remember the touching poem: "With righteous spirit and strong emotions, with a clear and resolute will. Upholding fairness, diligence, and contribution, I will serve the country and become famous." A towering tree must have its roots; The water of Huai Mountain must have its source. Thank you for being exceptionally wise at the beginning of my life, planting a seed of integrity in my heart.
纵观历史，清正廉洁盛行之日，则国家昌盛；贪污腐败猖獗之时，则国力衰弱。李商隐有诗云：“历览前贤国与家，成由勤俭破由奢。”惩治腐败关系到一个国家的长治久安，古人对此也有清醒的认识。所以，党和国家高度重视反腐倡廉工作，习近平总书记指出：“腐败是社会的毒瘤，如果任凭腐败问题愈演愈烈，最终必然亡党亡国。反腐败斗争，永远在路上。”无论我们将来从事什么工作，这些话都值得我们谨记于心。

Li Shangyin wrote in his poem: "Through the experience of the ancient sages and their families, success is achieved through diligence, frugality, and extravagance. Punishing corruption is related to the long-term stability of a country, and ancient people also had a clear understanding of this. Therefore, the Party and the state attach great importance to the work of anti-corruption and promoting integrity. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "corruption is a cancer in society. If corruption continues to worsen, it will inevitably lead to the downfall of the Party and the country. The fight against corruption is always on the road." No matter what work we engage in in in the future, these words are worth remembering.
弘扬清廉之风，就要牢固树立正确的价值观。“没有思想上的清白，也就不能够有金钱的廉洁。”故而，领导干部们应该像姚祟一样，即使身处开元盛世，也依然“耸廉勤之节，塞贪竞之门”。终其一生可谓是“以不贪为宝，以廉慎为师”。要牢记清廉是福，贪欲是祸的道理，任何时候都要坚定意志、约束行为，留得清白在人间。
To promote the culture of integrity, we must firmly establish the correct values. Without ideological purity, there can be no financial integrity. Therefore, leaders and cadres should be like Yao Chong, who, even in the prosperous era of the Kaiyuan era, still uphold the principles of integrity and diligence, and block the door to corruption and competition. Throughout his life, he can be said to have been a treasure of not being greedy and a teacher of honesty and prudence. Always remember the truth that integrity is a blessing and greed is a curse. At all times, we must strengthen our will, restrain our behavior, and keep our innocence in the world.
“行是知之始，知是行之成。”中华民族历来就有倡导洁身自好的传统美德。孟子有言明志：“穷则独善其身，达则兼济天下”；白居易以诗警人：“一兴嗜欲念，遂为矰缴牵”；周敦颐礼赞荷花：“出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖”；海瑞留下豪言：“三生不改冰霜操，万死常留社稷身。”无不表达出古人对正直为人，廉洁为政的崇尚之心。但我们绝不应该只是止于认知，流于言谈，而应该让这些深刻的理念融入我们的血脉，见诸我们的行动。如此，才能真正看到“人民有信仰，国家有力量，民族有希望”的美好愿景成为现实。
Action is the beginning of knowledge, and knowledge is the completion of action. "The Chinese nation has always advocated the traditional virtue of self-cultivation. Mencius had the words to express his aspirations: 'If one is poor, one should focus solely on oneself; if one is prosperous, one should also benefit the world.'; Bai Juyi used poetry to warn people: 'When one is aroused by desire and thoughts, one becomes entangled in the stream.'; Zhou Dunyi praised lotus flowers: 'Emerging from the mud without staining, washing the clear ripples without demon.'; Hai Rui left behind his bold words: "Three lives without changing the ice and frost routine, and ten thousand deaths always leave the country's body." All of these express the ancient people's admiration for honesty and integrity in governance. But we should not just limit ourselves to cognition and talk, but should integrate these profound ideas into our blood and see them in our actions. Only in this way can we truly see the beautiful vision of "the people have faith, the country has strength, and the nation has hope" become a reality.
