暑假，爷爷经常带我去峙山公园游玩。公园里有好多小鱼、小虾，还有各种各样的虫子，我太喜欢了。
During summer vacation, my grandfather often takes me to visit Zhishan Park. There are many small fish, shrimp, and various insects in the park, I love them so much.
今天早上，我和爷爷又出发去公园了。因为之前见过蜥蜴，出发前我特地准备了装蜥蜴的盒子。
This morning, my grandfather and I set off again to the park. Because I had seen lizards before, I specially prepared a box for them before departure.
来到山脚下，我拨开草丛，扒开树叶，仔细寻找蜥蜴的踪迹。猛然间，一只蜥蜴出现在眼前。它长长的，全身布满暗绿色的花纹。我赶紧双手并拢，向下一扣，想要捉住它。那蜥蜴看到我，好像受到惊吓，飞快地钻进草丛，消失得无影无踪。
Arriving at the foot of the mountain, I cleared the grass, peeled open the leaves, and carefully searched for the traces of lizards. Suddenly, a lizard appeared in front of me. It is long and covered with dark green patterns all over its body. I quickly clasped my hands together and pressed down, trying to catch it. The lizard saw me and seemed startled, quickly burrowing into the grass and disappearing without a trace.
我继续搜寻，可是一无所获，沮丧极了。在爷爷的鼓励下，我继续朝山腰走去，希望能有新的发现。走着走着，我又发现了一片草丛。这次，我轻轻走进草丛，心里默念着：“一定要抓到蜥蜴啊！”
I continued searching, but found nothing, feeling extremely frustrated. Encouraged by my grandfather, I continued walking towards the mountainside, hoping to make new discoveries. As I walked, I discovered another patch of grass. This time, I walked gently into the grass and silently thought to myself, 'We must catch the lizard!'
就在这时，眼前有个黑影儿在晃动，定睛一看，哇，原来是只难得一见的锹甲虫。我赶紧拿起盒子朝它扣去，一下子就逮住了它。“抓住了！抓住了！”我好开心，举起装着锹甲虫的盒子又蹦又跳。
At this moment, a black shadow was shaking in front of me. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a rare shovel beetle. I quickly picked up the box and grabbed it in one go. Got it! Got it! "I was so happy, lifting up the box containing the shovel beetle and jumping around.
没有抓到蜥蜴，却收获了一只锹甲虫。真是意外之喜啊。
I didn't catch a lizard, but I caught a shovel beetle. What an unexpected joy.
