This summer, I read a book called 'Andersen's Fairy Tales'. There are many fairy tales inside, among which "The Little Match Girl" moved me deeply. Every time I read this article, tears welled up in my eyes.
On the night before the cold and dark Christmas, the girl was wearing a thin dress, barefoot, selling matches alone in the ice and snow, but eventually froze to death on the street.
After reading this article, my heart couldn't calm down for a long time. Compared to little girls, our childhood was so happy. The things that little girls fantasize about: a warm fireplace, fragrant roasted geese, beautiful Christmas trees, and family love, we all have them. We live a beautiful life without worries about food and clothing. My parents often buy me new clothes, have delicious meals every day, learn knowledge at school, and play and frolic with classmates... But that poor little girl froze to death on the streets of Christmas Eve due to hunger and cold.
I really wish I could have divine power, travel back to the little girl's side, take her to our beautiful and warm world, carry a new backpack with me, and go to school happily. I made delicious food for her and made her look beautiful. I really wish I could have a seven colored flower, pluck its petals one by one, help the little girl achieve her dreams one by one, and let her live and grow up happily like me.
After reading this book, I seem to have learned something! Yes, we are so happy, so we must cherish this happy childhood, learn knowledge and skills well, and fulfill our colorful dreams when we grow up.
