随着五颜六色的气球被放飞而去，飘进鲜艳的晚霞中，我的初中第一次运动会已然闭幕。留在我心中的，只剩下运动员们的背影，以及他们烙印在我脑海中，那挥之不去的英雄气。

让我感触最大的，当属110米栏的比赛。那一场比赛，并没有我们班的运动员。一开始，我也只是保持着好奇的心态，毕竟这是我第一次在现场观看跨栏比赛。以往，在我心目中，跨栏也只不过是运动员们共同起跑，共同起跳，共同过线的一项普通的运动罢了。
The most touching thing for me is undoubtedly the 110 meter hurdles competition. There were no athletes from our class in that game. 但当比赛真正开始时，我才发现，似乎并不只这么简单……发令枪声响起的那一刻，虽与运动员们相距数十米，我却仍然感受到了他们的视死如归般的气势。只不过数秒，他们便飞到了第一个栏前。正如我所想，他们皆是高高跃起，但结局却不尽相同。一个同学随栏架倒下了，落地的声音，比发令枪声更加穿透人心。他摔得很重，再次爬起来时，步伐已经稍显踉跄。望着眼前领先十几米的对手，我不知道也无法得知，他是从哪里获得继续跑下去的勇气的。几秒过后，他险些再次绊倒栏架，又是几秒，他又挺起身躯，勇敢地向前跨越……

At the moment when the starting gun rang out, even though I was tens of meters away from the athletes, I still felt their indomitable spirit. In just a few seconds, they flew to the first column. As I thought, they all jumped high and high, but their endings were not exactly the same. A classmate fell with the railing, and the sound of the landing was more penetrating than the sound of gunfire. He fell heavily and when he got up again, his steps were already slightly unsteady. Looking at the opponent in front of me who is leading by more than ten meters, I don't know or know where he got the courage to continue running. A few seconds later, he almost tripped over the fence again. After a few more seconds, he stood up again and bravely crossed forward
我始终无法理解，他的勇气从何而来？他们，运动员们视死如归般的气势又是从何而来？直到我再次看到关于重庆山火的报道，我才终于领悟：这就是将帅之才应有的英雄气！
I still can't understand where his courage comes from? Where does the momentum of them, athletes, who regard death as their own, come from? It wasn't until I saw the report about the Chongqing wildfire again that I finally realized: this is the heroic spirit that a general should possess!
恍惚间，我仿佛看到，连绵无尽的山火中，有蓝色头灯筑就的“万里长城”；我仿佛看到，灰雾弥漫的公路上，有摩托车队形成的“中华巨龙”；我仿佛看到，小小的重庆古城内，有这样一幅“十里长街别英雄”的景象！
In a daze, I seem to see the "Great Wall" built by blue headlights amidst endless mountain fires; I seem to see the "Chinese Dragon" formed by motorcycle fleets on the foggy road; I seem to see a scene in the small ancient city of Chongqing, where 'heroes bid farewell on a ten mile long street'!
