每天的太阳都很晒，我们顶着烈日炎炎的骄阳训练十分的疲惫，第一天训练时我总是乱动，被教官骂了很多次，最后被拉出来站到了旁边还是继续动，让教官十分的生气；但经过了一天一天的磨砺，我的意志也越来越坚强，直到第三天的时候，我已经站得非常好了，可以做到纹丝不动，也不会被教官拉出来罚站了。我战胜了我自己。
