我国科技发展很快，各种交通工具越来越多。但这也造成了一个问题：有人不遵守交通规则。虽然现在的交通看起来很好，但是我国的交通事故率却越来越高，每年因交通事故死亡的人越来越多。所以今天我就要探讨一个问题：遵守交通规则。

Although the traffic looks good now, the traffic accident rate in our country is getting higher and higher, with more and more people dying from traffic accidents every year. So today I'm going to discuss an issue: following traffic rules.
有一次，我在新闻上看到这样一条消息：在上海的一个地下停车场，一辆凯迪拉克车主因酒后驾驶，在停车时，先是倒车撞到后面的法拉利812，随后又加大油门往前冲，却又撞到了两辆价值千万的迈凯伦p1和保时捷918，然后拐弯时又撞上了兰博基尼大牛和一辆哈雷摩托车，最后撞上了柱子。随后有许多媒体前往报道，有人推测此次事故的损失将到达八百万，被称为史上“最昂贵的车祸”。
Once, I saw a news article about a Cadillac owner driving under the influence in an underground parking lot in Shanghai. While parking, the owner reversed and collided with a Ferrari 812 behind them, then stepped on the gas pedal and charged forward, only to collide with two million dollar McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 cars. Then, while turning, the owner collided with a Lamborghini and a Harley motorcycle, and finally hit a pillar. Subsequently, many media outlets went to report, and some speculated that the losses from this accident would reach eight million, known as the "most expensive car accident" in history.
今年暑假酷暑难当温度很高，有的车主不注意防范高温，从而引发各种事故。在手机上我看很多电动汽车自燃的现象，大多是：有的特斯拉车主不注意高温，将车停在烈日下，因为电车的电池有遇到高温易燃的性质，所以经常有电车着火，特斯拉的事故率也就多了。
This summer is extremely hot, and some car owners do not pay attention to preventing high temperatures, which can lead to various accidents. On my phone, I have seen many cases of electric vehicles catching fire. Most of them are due to Tesla owners not paying attention to high temperatures and parking their cars under the scorching sun. Because the batteries of electric cars are flammable when exposed to high temperatures, electric cars often catch fire, which increases Tesla's accident rate.
在暑假还有一个很大的事故，一位开卡车拉货的女主播在凌晨四点时直播，在高速上找背景音乐时，没注意到前方有一辆更大的卡车停在路边，于是以120km/h的速度撞上了卡车的左边，导致车辆侧翻，车里的女主播当场丧命身亡。
During the summer vacation, there was a major accident. A female anchor who was driving a truck to transport goods was live streaming at 4am. While searching for background music on the highway, she did not notice a larger truck parked on the roadside ahead. As a result, she collided with the left side of the truck at a speed of 120km/h, causing the vehicle to overturn and the female anchor in the car died on the spot.
“车祸猛如虎，平安贵如金”面对这些车祸，我想提出倡议：
In the face of these car accidents, I would like to propose an initiative:
1、要遵守交通规则，不闯红灯，过马路时左右前后都要看。
1. Follow traffic rules, do not run red lights, and look left, right, front, and back when crossing the road.
2、要做好安全设施，骑车戴头盔，坐车系好安全带。

3、不仅自己要遵守交通规则，也要与其它人说明遵守交通规则的重要性。

4、要对交通规则有一颗敬畏之心，你不遵守它，它就会伤害你。

我们每天都要出门，也要乘坐交通工具，所以请大家遵守交通规则，注意交通安全，千万无视交通规则，否则非伤即亡，到时候受伤的是你，流泪的是亲人了。道路千万条，安全第一条，行车不规范，亲人两行泪啊！
We have to go out every day and take transportation, so please abide by traffic rules, pay attention to traffic safety, and never ignore traffic rules.
