今天中午，我在楼下和小伙伴玩，看见了一只可爱的流浪猫，便伸手摸了摸它，然而它却把我挠了！我妈一看，很着急，便要带我去医院打针。可是我最怕打针了，于是我就准备逃跑，可是还是被老妈抓住了。
This afternoon, I was playing with my friends downstairs and saw a cute stray cat. I reached out and touched it, but it scratched me instead! My mother looked very anxious and wanted to take me to the hospital for an injection. But I was most afraid of getting an injection, so I prepared to run away, but I was still caught by my mom.
老妈带我来到了医院，医院里人山人海，挂号区排满了一长列的人，大家脸都如同苦瓜一般，这让我原本就害怕的心变得更加躁动不安。老妈带我来到了打针区，我拉着妈妈的手说：“我不要打针，我不要打针。”老妈说：“打针不疼的，就像蚊子叮了一下！”可是我还是好害怕呀！因为打针室里不时传来阵阵的哭喊声，听得我心里如同十五个吊桶打水——七上八下。我前面的小男孩看起来比我还紧张，医生把针扎到他胳膊上时，他大叫起来，听得我胆颤心惊。
My mother took me to the hospital, which was crowded with people. The registration area was filled with a long line of people, and everyone's faces were like bitter gourd. This made my already scared heart even more restless. My mom took me to the injection area, and I held her hand and said, 'I don't want an injection, I don't want an injection.' My mom said, 'An injection doesn't hurt, it's like a mosquito bite!' But I'm still so scared! Because there were occasional cries and screams coming from the injection room, my heart felt like fifteen buckets of water - seven up and eight down. The little boy in front of me looked even more nervous than me. When the doctor pricked his arm with a needle, he shouted loudly, making me tremble with fear.
到我了，我迈着沉重的步伐走向了打针室，脸色铁青铁青的。老妈实在看不下去了，把我连拖带拽地拉了进去。我看着恐怖的针头，心跳得更加厉害了！只见医生先把酒精抹在我的胳膊上，一阵凉凉的感觉传来。针马上要扎进肉里了，我害怕地用手捂住眼睛，医生毫不留情，直接把针头插到我胳膊上，我不禁大叫起来，将胳膊往回收，医生见状死死地拽住。待我冷静下来，才发现打针一点儿也不疼。
It's my turn, I walked towards the injection room with heavy steps, my face ashen. My mom couldn't bear it anymore and dragged me inside. I looked at the terrifying needle and my heart beat even faster! I saw the doctor first apply alcohol to my arm, and a cool feeling came over me. The needle was about to pierce into my flesh, and I covered my eyes with my hands in fear. The doctor showed no mercy and directly inserted the needle into my arm. I couldn't help but scream and retract my arm, and the doctor grabbed it tightly. After I calmed down, I realized that the injection didn't hurt at all.
走出医院后，我松了口气，想：原来打针也没那么疼嘛！但是我还是好怕针头呀！我以后要离小猫远点。
After leaving the hospital, I breathed a sigh of relief and thought to myself: So injections don't hurt that much! But I'm still so afraid of needles! I will stay away from cats in the future.
