星期天，吃完午饭，没事做，我无聊极了，东瞅瞅西看看，发现墙角有一辆被遗忘了的自行车，上面布满了灰尘，后来才知道，这是比我大几岁的小舅舅的，曾经作为10岁生日礼物，他奶奶送给他的。我看了好喜欢，就死磨硬泡的缠着爸爸让他带我骑，爸爸扭不过我，就答应和我一起先给这辆自行车洗个澡，我蹦蹦跳跳把它推了出来，爸爸轻轻擦拭每一个零部件，唯恐弄坏它，半晌，一辆崭新的自行车出现在我们面前。

刚把自行车推到了广场上，我就迫不及待想要骑上自行车，可车子有点高，我够不着，爸爸提醒我：把车斜一点，一只脚先跨上去，另一只脚着地，往后一撑，就可以出发了。开始骑车，车很难控制，骑不了多远，就会失去平衡，要不是爸爸及时保护，不知道要摔多少次了，不过摔倒总是不可避免的，脚磨破了，腿也磕青了，疼的我不停跟爸爸抱怨：不想骑了，疼死我了。爸爸看着我淡淡的说：“骑自行车不摔几次怎么能学会呢？我小时候骑的自行车又高又重，每次还是偷偷学，自己摔得鼻青脸肿也不敢跟大人说。你现在遇到这点小挫折就要放弃，那是懦夫的行为，遇到困难应该勇敢的面对，才能进步，才能成长！”爸爸接着说：“这次我帮你扶好，不会摔倒的。”有爸爸时刻在我后面扶着，按照爸爸说得方法试着骑，慢慢地平稳了。骑了几圈，我以为爸爸一直扶着，哪知道我再转了个弯，发现爸爸居然站着原地没动。还对我做了个鬼脸说：“你看，你不是会了。”我又好气又开心：“你真是个大骗子。”又乐滋滋骑了好久，我累了，想下车歇息，可我没学过下车啊。赶紧喊道：“爸爸快扶我，我停不下来啊。”爸爸不慌不忙的说：“你放慢车速，轻轻带上手刹，快停的时候，车身稍微斜一点，脚尖先着地。”“我不敢！”我大声喊道。爸爸乐了：“那你就一直骑吧，什么时候敢了，什么时候歇息。”我心里那个是真恨啊，暗暗发誓要到妈妈那去告状。可实在骑不动了，只好按爸爸说的方法做，让我意外的是，我居然平平稳稳的停了下来。

After riding a few laps, I thought my dad was always supporting me, but when I turned another corner, I found my dad standing still. I want to get off and rest, but I haven't learned how to get off before. Hurry up and shout: "; Dad, help me quickly, I can't stop. ” Dad calmly said, '; You slow down the car, gently apply the handbrake, and when coming to a stop, tilt the car slightly and land your toes on the ground first. ” “ I dare not! ” I shouted loudly. Dad was happy:; Then you can keep riding, when you dare and when you rest. ” I really hate that in my heart, I secretly swore to go to my mother's place to complain. I couldn't ride anymore, so I had to follow my dad's instructions. To my surprise, I stopped steadily.
在回家的路上，爸爸告诉我，生活中我们会遇到很多挑战，都应该依靠自己去克服，勇敢的面对，才能不停的进步。至今，这一幕依然在我脑海中回荡。
