记得六七岁时，奶奶将买来的新鲜的佛手山药去皮切成小块放入沙锅里，再放入些许豆果和腊排骨，加上漫过食材的水，熬上一两个钟头，就变成了一道令我垂涎三尺的美味佳肴。
