阳光明媚的一天，我早早地就起床了，发现妹妹早就起床跟着妈妈买早餐去了。我们吃完早餐妈妈就去上班了，妈妈走之前特意交代过我们在家要写作业、看书、做家务，然后可以玩玩具，不许看电视。

没想到妈妈一走，妹妹就直接把电视打开看动画片了。我走过去对妹妹说：“妈妈说过只有晚上她回来才可以看电视，况且你等一会儿还要上围棋课，你现在不应该看电视。”可是妹妹根本不听我的话，还在继续看电视。我多想妈妈在家，就可以管管妹妹了。最终我还是想出了让妹妹关掉电视的好办法，我拿出她最喜欢的积木跟她一起搭积木。果然，妹妹开心地关掉电视和我一起用积木搭了一个很大的城堡。后来我又带着妹妹一起看书，下围棋，我还给她读了很多有趣的故事。
I didn't expect my younger sister to turn on the TV and watch cartoons as soon as her mother left. Sure enough, my sister happily turned off the TV and built a big castle with me using building blocks. Later, I took my sister to read books and play Go together, and I also read her many interesting stories.
虽然今天我很累，但是非常开心。因为我成功地让妹妹关掉了电视，做了许多有意义的事情，也完成了妈妈交代的任务。下午妈妈下班回家还表扬了我们，奖励给我们一个美味的蛋糕。今天真是有意义的一天呀！
