今天老师教了我们如何做萝卜饼，我回到家立马找了材料：一根萝卜、面粉、鸡蛋、一个容器、刮丝板、盐、一双筷子和电饼铛。

我先把刮丝板放到容器里，再把萝卜洗干净顺便掐头去尾，用刮丝板开始刮，大约过了十几分钟，我还没刮到一半，脑海中就冒出了两个念头，第一个放弃吧，太累了，第二个继续做，不能半途而废。经过一番思想斗争，我选择了第二种。又过了十几分钟，我终于刮完了，把盐撒到萝卜丝儿里。过了五到十分钟，把水倒掉并往里倒上了适量的面粉，拿筷子搅拌均匀，再打入鸡蛋。在容器边沿上轻轻地敲几下，用双手一掰就好了，可同学都说容易把蛋壳打进去，我想怎么可能呢？就当我再打第二个的时候，可怕的事情发生了，鸡蛋壳儿打进去了，我急得立马拿起筷子夹了出去。我又开始搅拌，搅时真是寸步难行啊，我奋力地搅，搅得胳膊酸了，终于搅好了，可是我不太会用电饼铛，妈妈又细心地教我怎么用，最后我学会了，在里面倒点油热一下，再用勺子将面糊放到里面抹平。过了一会儿，美味的萝卜饼做好了。

Gently tap a few times on the edge of the container and break it with both hands, but my classmates say it's easy to knock the eggshell in. How could that be? Just as I was about to hit the second one, something terrible happened. The eggshell went in, and I was so anxious that I immediately picked up my chopsticks and picked it up. I started stirring again, and it was really difficult to move a step. I tried my best to stir until my arms were sore, and finally it was done. But I'm not very good at using an electric pancake maker, and my mother taught me how to use it carefully. In the end, I learned to pour some oil inside to heat it up, and then use a spoon to put the batter inside and smooth it out. After a while, the delicious radish cake was ready.
