人们一般比较喜欢在6-8月份去那里游玩，那个时候的玉龙雪山不冷也不热。前年我也去游览了玉龙雪山，看到它我的第一反应就是：这一定是花的海洋！不曾到过这儿的人一定不能想象它那遍地白雪、遍地鲜花的奇景！这些花有的红的像草莓，有的白的像纸，还有的紫的像薰衣草，而这只是雪山奇观之一，一旦花开，枝条就只能愧疚地躲起来，留下满山群芳斗艳。
People generally prefer to visit there from June to August, when the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is neither cold nor hot. Two years ago, I also visited Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and my first reaction when I saw it was: this must be an ocean of flowers! People who have never been here can't imagine its magnificent scenery of snow covered and flowers blooming everywhere! Some of these flowers are red like strawberries, some are white like paper, and some are purple like lavender, but this is just one of the wonders of the snow capped mountains. Once they bloom, the branches can only hide in guilt, leaving behind a mountain full of blooming flowers.
这里很有名的景点是蓝月谷、甘海子，还有《印象丽江》和《丽江千古情》两个表演。还没爬山的话，可以先去甘海子，那是一个天然草甸牧场，无比的开阔，茂密的森林一直在周围徘徊，一眼望去看不到边。
The famous attractions here are Blue Moon Valley, Ganhaizi, and two performances: "Impressions of Lijiang" and "Lijiang's Eternal Love". If you haven't climbed the mountain yet, you can go to Ganhaizi first. It is a natural grassland pasture, incredibly open, with dense forests lingering around, and you can't see the edge at a glance.
关于玉龙雪山，有一个神秘的传说，据说这里是属于纳西族的保护神，在去世之后就化成了玉龙雪山，在保护所有的纳西族人。这座雪山好像是一条白色的巨龙一样，因此被称之为是玉龙。
There is a mysterious legend about Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It is said that this place belongs to the protection god of the Naxi people. After his death, he transformed into Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and protected all Naxi people. This snow mountain looks like a white giant dragon, hence it is called the Jade Dragon.
