昨天我们学校要大扫除，每个同学带一个桶和抹布。

我提着水桶，双手拧布，擦窗台，动作一气呵成。在扫扫擦擦期间，忽然听到老师叫我的名字，“幸运的我”被老师叫去擦饮水机。我满脸不耐烦，嘟起嘴，悠悠地走向了饮水机。把布打湿，拧干，摊开，不急不慢地动动我的抹布，左边擦，右边擦，恰巧碰到饮水的开关，因为我心不在焉，并没有太在意，而是想快点完成任务，就在一切顺利的时候，饮水机发出了“咚”的一声，然而我也没太在意，还在不停的擦起来。

"Lucky me," the teacher called me to clean the water dispenser. My face was full of impatience, I pouted and walked leisurely towards the water dispenser. Wet the cloth, wring it out, spread it out, and slowly move my cloth, wiping on the left and right. Coincidentally, I hit the water switch. Because I was absent-minded and didn't pay too much attention, I wanted to complete the task quickly. Just when everything was going smoothly, the water dispenser made a "thud" sound, but I didn't pay much attention and continued to wipe it.
过了一会儿，只听“咚”的一声，饮水机裂了一道缝。我的心连忙提到了嗓子眼，脸白得跟一面墙一样，身上冒出了一身冷汗，害怕地向后退了几步。而饮水机又发出了“咚”的一声，刚刚的裂开的地方有了几滴水，一滴，两滴三滴……，往向外流着，水哗哗地流出来了，我大叫：“老师，饮水机爆了！”顿时，我觉得空气都凝固了。
After a while, with a loud "thud", the water dispenser cracked a crack. My heart quickly reached my throat, my face as white as a wall, and a cold sweat broke out all over my body. I took a few steps back in fear. And the water dispenser made another "thud" sound, and a few drops of water, one drop, two drops, three drops... flowed out from the cracked area just now, splashing water out. I shouted, "Teacher, the water dispenser has exploded!" Suddenly, I felt the air freeze.
不一会儿，有些同学们被吓地愣在原地，而走廊就像一个游泳池。十几个同学见状拿着拖把出来，弯着腰，推着拖把，认真打扫流出来的水。而我早已说不出话了，我的嘴微微颤抖，目光呆滞不知如何是好，我想：如果老师叫我赔钱怎么办？我可不想吃一顿竹编炒肉。好在老师了解了全过程，满脸淡定地说：“没事，叫家委们买一个就好了。”我心顿时放了下来。

这件事虽然是件小事，但也是这件事我明白了，做事的时候再也不能分心，认真地做好每件事才是最重要的。
