第一次上课，我很害怕，心里总是想，我会不会沉呀；如果沉下去了，我该怎么办呢；为什么游泳这么难啊？因为我心里那块大石头总是放不下来，我学的很慢很慢。

后来，教练用双手轻轻托住我的腹部，让我与池面保持水平，并教我如何把动作做标准。我发现身上只要带了浮板和浮背就不会沉下去，我才放心了，胆子也渐渐大了，终于可以把注意力集中在自己的动作上了。随着我的动作越来越标准，我游得也越来越快了。
随着我越游越好，越游越快，新的挑战开始了。教练禁止我再使用浮板与浮背了，我又开始害怕了，坐在岸边不敢下水。这时，教练鼓励我，说：“眸眸，你一定可以的，你的动作已经很标准了，你只要忘记浮板，专心蹬腿和划手就绝对不会沉下去的。”于是，我决定尝试一下，小心翼翼地走进水中，我用脚使劲蹬了一下岸边，快速的冲了出去，因为发现自己开始下沉，我下意识地划手和蹬腿。果然，我发现没有沉下去，而是在水中向前游，我太开心了。

I found that as long as I had a floating board and a floating back on me, I wouldn't sink down. That's when I felt relieved, and my courage gradually increased. Finally, I could focus my attention on my movements. As my movements became more and more standard, I swam faster and faster.
As I swim better and faster, a new challenge begins. The coach banned me from using the floating board and back anymore, and I started to feel scared again, sitting on the shore and afraid to go into the water. At this point, the coach encouraged me and said, '; Eyes, you can definitely do it. Your movements are already very standard. As long as you forget about the floating board and focus on kicking and paddling, you will definitely not sink. ” So, I decided to give it a try and cautiously stepped into the water. I kicked the shore hard with my foot and quickly rushed out, realizing that I was starting to sink. Subconsciously, I rowed and kicked my legs. Sure enough, I found that I didn't sink, but swam forward in the water. I was so happy.
