跳绳是我最喜欢的运动之一,我可以一分钟跳200下呢。但我学习跳绳的过程并不是一帆风顺的。

At the beginning, I could only jump 20-30 times a minute, maybe because I was too heavy or my movements were not in place. Every time I jumped rope, I felt like a robot, "dong dong dong dong", and the ground seemed to be trembling. No matter how much I practice repeatedly, I can't jump coherently. I'm so tired that I'm sweating profusely and I feel like giving up. But my mother has always encouraged me: 'Don't give up easily when you encounter difficulties.' My father and sister have also been cheering me on. And our homeroom teacher, Mr. Shen, has repeatedly taught us that 'only by being excellent in all aspects can we be rated as model students'. So, I had to grit my teeth and persevere.
后来,在体育老师和申老师多次个别指导下,我终于能连跳3下了。就这样,我根据动作要领反复练习,经过几个月的努力,我的跳绳成绩越来越好了,100—140—160—180—202!我成功了!申老师特意在班里表扬了我,还为我颁发“跳绳之星”的奖状,我开心极了。
Later, under the individual guidance of my physical education teacher and Mr. Shen, I was finally able to jump three times in a row. So, I practiced repeatedly according to the essentials of the movements, and after several months of hard work, my skipping rope grades have been getting better and better, ranging from 100-140-160-180-202! I succeeded! Teacher Shen specially praised me in class and awarded me the certificate of "Jumping Rope Star", which made me extremely happy.
跳绳不仅可以锻炼身体,帮助我减肥,更重要的是它让我学会了坚持。我已经爱上了跳绳,并且会一直跳下去!
