“纪律严明！训练刻苦！内务合适……”一群精神抖擞的学生喊着口号大步向前，这便是我们九排。看啊！我们的步伐多么一致；瞧啊！我们与教官多么默契；赏吧！我们的动作整齐划一……这一切仅是六个日日夜夜造就的啊！

回顾军训第一日，那时的我不知军训的“残酷”。单说站军姿，我以为与普通站立无异，可不想……“两脚分开约六十度，两腿挺直夹紧，收臀，小腹微收，挺胸抬头，上体保持正直，两眼目视前方……”教官示范完后，我们便开始练习起来。刚开始，我还有些不以为然，要不是教官盯着，都有和同学交头接耳的冲动。可没过多久，劳累与饥渴便轮番向我发起攻击。火辣辣的阳光不停地考验我的意志。天空没有一丝云，阳光残酷无情地直射下来，躯体一点一点地被烤熟。喉咙像是着了火，有无数浓烟正不断呛着我的喉咙。“好想休息哦！”我这样想的同时，手脚又开始反抗了，身体到处弥漫着酸痛。“再坚持一会儿吧！”我一再鼓励自己。可不久，我眼前开始模糊了，前方的司令台霎时压缩，我在热浪中有些力不从心了。“要不打报告休息？……不行，我们排没有一个人倒下……我有什么理由倒下？坚持住！”

“全场休息十分钟！”就在此时老天也帮我，连长适时吹响了哨子，喊道。

“耶——”我们发自内心欢呼起来。我活动一下身体，瞬间感到全身心的轻松愉悦。这时，我才望见我的睫毛上挂着晶莹剔透的豆大汗珠。阳光下，汗珠上散发出的坚毅光芒。

如果说站军姿锻炼了我们的毅力，那接下来的训练便是在锤炼我们的决心。稍息，立正……等等这些小动作看似容易，但要做得全体一致却十分困难，特别是齐步走。

经过六个月日日夜夜的勤奋训练，我们终于站在检阅场上汇操：我们踏着坚定一致的步伐，挥着整齐划一的动作，喊着铿锵有力的口号……

短短一周的军训，在这过程中，我们褪去了稚气，挥洒了汗水，收获了团结，赢得了荣誉，也尝到了成长的滋味……我已经从不懂事的孩子蜕变成自立刻苦中学生。

军训这五天，很苦很累，但也是有收获的。
These five days of military training have been very hard and tiring, but there have been gains.
训练刚开始的时候，我们依旧像小学一样，你说你的，我做我的，不管不顾。正因为如此，我们受到了严重的处罚。
At the beginning of the training, we were still like elementary school, you said yours, I did mine, ignoring everything. Because of this, we have been severely punished.
一次，要离开训练场的时候，教官让我们每个人拿一瓶水，把两箱水分了。前面一部分同学拿得好好的，轮到后面的同学去拿的时候，一箱水已经没了，要去拆另一箱。这下全乱套了——前面还没拆开，后面的争先恐后，一窝蜂涌上去，叽叽喳喳地讲话，手忙脚乱地抢水。教官看见我们把规矩全抛到了九霄云外，就给了我们点颜色看看——让我们全班同学罚走“鸭子步”一百米。

所谓的“鸭子步”就是右脚迅速弯曲蹲下，坐在右腿上，并且膝盖不能碰到地，腰要挺起来，头要抬起来。本身这个动作已经很难了，要保持这个动作走路更是难上加难。尽管如此，我们每个人还是咬牙坚持下来了。

This action itself is already very difficult, and it is even more difficult to maintain walking with this action. Nevertheless, each of us gritted our teeth and persevered.
经过这一次教训之后，同学们都把规矩牢记在心，收敛了很多，再也不敢鲁莽行事了。

喊口号的时候，每个人都在努力喊出来；吃饭的时候不说话；就寝时早熄灯；跑步、踏步时步伐一致……

之后，因为我们遵守纪律，教官把午休延长了四十分钟。这不仅给了我们鼓励。最后在闭营仪式上，我们班还被评为了“铁军纪律”的班级呢！

军训的目的就是让我们能像军人一样严格遵守纪律，加强自我约束。我想它将会为我在接下来的初中学习和生活中树立一种规矩意识，帮助自己养成良好的习惯，帮助我取得更优异的成绩！
