At the military parade, the uncles of the People's Liberation Army walked through Tiananmen Square with neat and powerful steps, as majestic as towering pine trees. Their footsteps are exactly the same. Thousands of people walk as neatly as one person. It's really amazing! My favorite thing to watch is the equipment formation. Each tank and missile vehicle is like a giant steel beast. The teacher said that these are all made by our country itself and we no longer need to bring weapons from other countries.
最让我感动的是看到抗战老兵爷爷们。他们坐在车上，白发苍苍，满脸皱纹，却努力挺直腰板敬军礼。他们的手有些发抖，但眼神特别明亮，就像夜空中的星星 。老师告诉我们，这些爷爷年轻时用生命保卫我们的国家，没有他们，就没有我们今天的幸福生活。
What moved me the most was seeing the grandfathers of the anti Japanese war veterans. They sat in the car, with white hair and wrinkles all over their faces, but they tried their best to straighten their backs and salute the military. Their hands trembled slightly, but their eyes were particularly bright, like stars in the night sky. The teacher told us that these grandfathers used their lives to defend our country when they were young. Without them, we would not have the happy life we have today.

After watching the military parade, I understand the preciousness of peace. We can read in bright classrooms and run and play on the playground, all of which were exchanged with the blood and lives of revolutionary predecessors. I want to study hard, grow up to become a useful person for our country, and make our country stronger.
