One morning, when I woke up, I found myself turned into a street lamp. I am a little excited because I feel that although the streetlights cannot move, I can see many people and things every day. At night, it emits light to illuminate people, living a simple and unadorned life every day.

来自作文吧 zUOwENbA.net

On the first day I turned into a streetlight, everything seemed so beautiful, and the faces of those passing by were filled with happy smiles. At night, I emit a golden light to illuminate people. But the next day, I woke up to find several scratches on my shaft, which were made by human children. I thought to myself: It's probably not intentional, just a few scratches, it's not a big deal. But not long after, a few children picked up stones and hit me. They hit me the most times than anyone else, leaving me speechless. But they were having fun, and a few small holes appeared on me again. At night, I still turn on the lights on time to provide illumination for people. After a day, I am already very tired. In the next few days, my body was already covered in scratches and small potholes. I no longer have the excitement and joy of that time, but feel bored and degraded. A month has passed, and the scratches and small holes on my body are getting more and more. Even some pet owners let their pets defecate and urinate under my feet! So, I gradually lost my radiance, and no one played and frolicked under my light anymore.

The experience of streetlights has taught me that people should learn to respect each other.
