月圆人团圆，我们来到了奶奶家，一起做月饼。奶奶先把清水和白糖放到锅熬成糖浆，又把糖浆倒出来打一个鸡蛋，搅打到颜色发白，奶奶又放了些食用油、面粉、盐和泡打粉，翻到没有干粉为止，奶奶又让它松弛20分钟左右。妈妈这边做了好多馅，有豆沙的、五仁的等等。奶奶和妈妈都准备完，这下我要上场了，我学着妈妈和奶奶的样子，把馅儿搓圆，又把松弛好了的皮搓圆按扁，奶奶说圆不能按特别扁，不然包得时候容易破，我把馅放在里面一点点的推着它们，把封口处捏紧，妈妈又帮我撒点防粘，最后就是我最喜欢的用模具印出花形，然后就把剩下的事交给烤炉啦！烤完一次要刷上一层蛋黄液，再拿去烤，烤好后就可以拿去密封回油了！好吃的月饼就做好啦！

My grandmother said that the round shape should not be pressed too flat, otherwise it would easily break when wrapped. I put the filling inside and pushed them little by little, squeezing the seal tightly. My mother helped me sprinkle some anti sticking, and finally, my favorite thing is to use a mold to print the flower shape, and then leave the rest to the oven! After baking once, brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on it, then take it to grill. After baking, it can be sealed and oiled back! Delicious mooncakes are ready!
