云南是诗和远方，是梦的故乡，今年这个暑假，我来拜访了这个美丽的“七彩云南”，感受到了彝族人民当晚火把节的热闹。
Yunnan is a place of poetry and distant lands, a hometown of dreams. This summer, I visited this beautiful "Colorful Yunnan" and felt the excitement of the Yi people's Torch Festival that evening.
今天我去了烟雾缭绕的苍山。大理苍山，它的高度有3966米，苍山不是山，它位于大理白族自治州大理市，是云岭山脉南端的主峰，也是大理市与漾濞县现分界山岭，山是西北至东南走向，北起光缆坝垭口，南至西洱河，长约48公里，东西宽约48公里。自北而南共19座山峰组成。
Today I went to the smoky Cangshan. Dali Cangshan, with a height of 3966 meters, is not a mountain. It is located in Dali City, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, and is the main peak at the southern end of the Yunling Mountains. It is also the boundary mountain between Dali City and Yangbi County. The mountain runs northwest to southeast, starting from the pass of the fiber optic cable dam in the north and ending at the Xi'er River in the south. It is about 48 kilometers long and 48 kilometers wide from east to west. It consists of 19 peaks from north to south.
我们一家人在山下买了一瓶氧气后就坐着索道缓慢升向了顶端，下索道后，我感到一丝凉意，接着就是一片雾气冲来，我冻的瑟瑟发抖，脸被吹得生疼，连忙穿上外套，一出门，我看见这里的氧气竟然要30块钱！在山下15块钱就行了，外面白茫茫的一片，一眼望去，望不到对面的景色，白的透亮，白的发光，几乎伸手不见五指，路上的行人个个穿着大棉衣，山上只有六度，我们动身前往洗马潭，爬了一阶又一阶的楼梯，我听到了潺潺流水的小溪流水声，叮叮咚咚，我把手伸向小溪，水冰冰凉凉得，让原本就冷的我真是雪上加霜，越往山顶，温度越冷，我开始越来越冷，加快了脚步，突然，我感到了一阵头晕、恶心，甚至有一点呼吸不上来，早上吃的东西在胃里翻浆导辊，问了爸爸后，原来是高原反应了，我猛吸了一口氧气，氧气像仙气一样钻进鼻子里，我的大脑一下子就清醒了，可太舒服了，真爽！来到洗马潭之后，我望了好久，连个潭的影子都没有，我心想：这望了大半天，这洗马潭到底在哪啊？我突然看见在云雾缭绕的云里好像藏着一个湖，那个肯定是洗马潭！放眼望去，远处若隐若现的湖就是洗马潭了！就像是仙人休仙的地方一样！真是美轮美奂！
Our family bought a bottle of oxygen at the foot of the mountain and slowly climbed up the cableway to the top. After getting off the cableway, I felt a slight chill, followed by a mist rushing in. I was shivering with cold and my face was hurting from the blow. I quickly put on my coat and as soon as I went out, I saw that the oxygen here was actually 30 yuan! Just 15 yuan is enough at the foot of the mountain. It's a vast expanse of white outside, and at a glance, you can't see the scenery across from you. The white is transparent and glowing, and you can hardly see your fingers. The pedestrians on the road are all wearing big cotton clothes. The mountain is only six degrees Celsius. We set off for Ximatan and climbed stairs one after another. I heard the sound of a small stream gurgling and tinkling. I reached out to the stream, and the water was icy cold, making my already cold self worse. As I reached the top of the mountain, the temperature became colder and colder, and I quickened my pace. Suddenly, I felt dizzy, nauseous, and even couldn't breathe. The food I ate in the morning was churning in my stomach. After asking my dad, it turned out to be altitude sickness. I took a deep breath of oxygen, which penetrated my nose like immortal qi, My brain suddenly woke up, it was so comfortable, really refreshing! After arriving at Ximatan, I looked at it for a long time without even a trace of the pond. I thought to myself, 'Where is Ximatan?'? I suddenly saw that there seemed to be a lake hidden in the misty clouds, and that must be Xima Lake! Looking around, the faintly visible lake in the distance is Ximatan! It's like a place where immortals retire! It's truly magnificent!
苍山真是一处别样的风景，苍山洱海，风花雪月，真是美丽的“七彩云南”啊！
Cangshan is truly a unique scenery, with Erhai Lake, wind, flowers, snow, and moon. It is truly a beautiful "Colorful Yunnan"!
