据爸爸说这竹林原来种在河岸上，但是那里草太多了，竹子便长不好。于是爷爷和爸爸便把竹子砍了，改种到了后园。在我小时候就总觉得竹林像是一个迷宫，有时又觉得像个动物园。

到了夏天，随便拿一个小罐子，蹲在那绿油油的竹林中，找蛐蛐，捉知了，那可真是太欢乐了。趁大人们出去忙碌时，“偷”一个小罐子，溜到竹林捉几只蛐蛐，还没玩几分钟又跑到旁边抱着竹子使劲地摇啊摇，顿时蝉就像蝗虫一样，“沙沙沙！”那声音震耳欲聋。我看着那些蝉，笑得在地上打滚。
