我的老爸是一个特别喜欢喝酒的人，可由于喝酒，老爸的体重也“直线上升”，血脂也高了起来，为了老爸的身体健康，经过我和老妈多次商议，决定让老爸戒酒。老爸刚听到要戒酒时就露出了很不情愿的表情，但老妈态度强硬，老爸只能同意。

老爸戒酒的第一个星期进行得十分顺利，虽然会出去跟朋友吃饭，但是并没有喝酒，还是很值得表扬的。老爸在这几天里该吃吃，该喝喝。好像把酒完全抛在了脑后，正当我和老妈准备庆祝时，老爸的手机响了起来，“喂？”“过来喝点啊？”老爸看了老妈一眼，小声回应道：“在哪呀，我忙完就去。”老妈听了这话瞬间就变了脸冲老爸吼道：“你不说要戒酒吗？怎么还出去喝。”老爸边穿衣服边回答道：“就这一回，下回我一定拒绝。”没筹老妈还口，爸爸就溜出了家门。唉！老爸戒酒第一个星期，以失败告终。

老爸戒酒的第二周和第三周并不顺利，别看他表面上风平浪静，内心着急得很，有几天老爸搞起了失踪，说是要和朋友一起坐一会儿，也不知道他是真去坐会还是去喝会啊！虽然老爸戒酒失败了，但也瘦下来了几斤。老爸向老妈保证，以后绝不过量喝酒。看来让一个爱喝酒的人戒酒还真是个难题啊！

或许戒酒不是降血脂的唯一办法，老爸说以后要天天健身，只要不戒酒就可以。我看我的老爸这辈子也戒不了酒呀！
