I stood aside and watched them dance. I saw my good friends all jumping rhythmically in the "pa pa" of the rope, as light as fairies. The sound of the long rope falling to the ground is so rhythmic, like a beautiful piece of music played. The companions were all as light as swallows, swept up and down in the vortex of long ropes. I watched and couldn't help but feel envious.
伙伴们都鼓励我尝试，我不好拒绝，便答应了。我学着她们的样子轻盈地跳，可谁知却弄巧成拙。我刚开始跳，跳不到三个，便被这顽皮的绳子绊到了，手臂还被狠狠地抽了一下，像是故意加害于我。失落加惭愧让我的脸瞬间红了，泪水打湿了眼睛，在眼框里打转，却不曾从脸颊滑落。伙伴们见了，都纷纷走来安慰我，我才好受些。
My friends encouraged me to try, but I couldn't refuse, so I agreed. I tried to jump lightly like them, but unexpectedly it backfired. I just started jumping and couldn't make it to three before I tripped over this naughty rope. My arm was also fiercely pulled, as if intentionally harming me. Feeling both lost and ashamed made my face instantly turn red, tears wetting my eyes and swirling in the eye sockets, but they never slipped off my cheeks. When my friends saw it, they all came over to comfort me, which made me feel better.
回想起“仙女们”那优美的“舞姿”，我又怎会甘心就此罢休呢？于是，我擦干泪水，继续和伙伴们练习。一个，两个，三个……一蹦一跳，渐渐开始有了感觉。我在同伴们的鼓励与指导下，我越跳越好了。
