还有冬天的一次，早晨我一个人去上学，平时都是爷爷送我的，可是那天爷爷生病了，在家里休息。我出了门，发现外面漆黑一片，我害怕极了，双腿都在发抖，可是为了不迟到，我只好硬着头皮往前走，这时突然听见了一个熟悉的声音，原来是爷爷，只见他穿着厚厚的衣服向我走来，我说：“爷爷，你生病了，应该在家里休息啊！”爷爷却对我说：“我这不是怕你害怕吗，就起来送你了。”我顿时不害怕了，拉着爷爷的手一起去学校，爷爷把我送到校门口才转身回去。看着爷爷的背影，我的眼睛湿润了。
