自从看了2022年北京冬奥会滑雪比赛后，中国女子自由式滑雪运动员谷爱凌就成为了我心中的偶像，心中不禁燃起一簇火苗——我要体验滑雪运动。

暑假，妈妈终于答应带我来到“三只熊”滑雪馆，换上厚重的滑雪服，我迫不及待地跑到前台，双手抱着长长的滑雪板，快步跑进滑雪场。一大片雪白的场地让我瞬间从酷热的暑假回到了寒冷的冬天。
During the summer vacation, my mother finally agreed to take me to the "Three Bears" ski resort, put on heavy ski clothes, and I couldn't wait to run to the front desk. Holding my long skis in both hands, I quickly ran into the ski resort. A vast snow-white field instantly transported me back from the scorching summer vacation to the cold winter.
我激动地将脚踩进滑雪板，刹那间，整个人被锁在雪地上，寸步难行。费了九牛二虎之力，一步一步缓慢地将身体挪到雪坡边，刚想像谷爱凌一样完成一次自由式滑雪，只听见“砰”的一声，两个雪板头交叉在一起，我狠狠地摔倒在雪地上。我用手撑着雪地，试着努力站起来，还没坚持一秒，又“叭”地一声，跪倒在雪地上。经过几次原地摔倒后，我感觉我的屁股已经开花，不开心地嘟嚷：“滑雪也太难了！”我呆在原地一动也不动，看着那些已经自由飞翔的小伙伴们，投出了羡慕的眼神。
I excitedly stepped on the skis, and in an instant, I was locked in the snow, unable to move a single step. After putting in a lot of effort, I slowly moved my body step by step to the edge of the snow slope. Just as I was about to complete a freestyle skiing like Gu Ailing, I heard a "bang" and my two snowboard heads crossed over, causing me to fall heavily onto the snow. I supported the snow with my hands and tried to stand up, but before I could hold on for a second, I let out a loud "bang" and knelt down on the snow. After falling in place several times, I felt like my butt had bloomed and I grumbled unhappily, "Skiing is too difficult!" I stayed still and looked at my friends who had already flown freely, casting envious eyes.
妈妈见状立刻请来教练，耐心地讲解动作要领，我立刻边学边跟着做了起来，膝盖弯曲，身体微微向前倾，重心向下，双手保持平衡，板尾向外推，滑行时呈内八字状。我再一次鼓起勇气，眼神坚定地注视前方，教练轻轻一推，我像火箭一样“咻”的一声冲了出去，在雪地上滑出了一道流畅的线条。
My mother immediately called in a coach and patiently explained the essentials of the movements. I immediately started learning while following along, bending my knees, leaning forward slightly, with my center of gravity down, keeping my hands balanced, pushing the tail of the board outward, and sliding in an inside eight shape. I once again gathered my courage and stared firmly ahead. With a gentle push from the coach, I rushed out like a rocket, creating a smooth line on the snow.
慢慢地经过一次又一次失败、调整、尝试，我学会了刹车、转弯、减速等基本动作，虽然离自由式滑还差很远，但滑雪的精神会一直陪伴我前行。
Slowly through repeated failures, adjustments, and attempts, I learned basic movements such as braking, turning, and slowing down. Although I am still far from freestyle skiing, the spirit of skiing will always accompany me forward.
世上无难事，只怕有心人。无论遇到什么挫折，只要我们找到正确的方法，勤于练习，一定会取得成功的。
Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it. No matter what setbacks we encounter, as long as we find the right methods and practice diligently, we will definitely achieve success.
