赵括“纸上谈兵”的事人人皆知，所反映的问题也印证了陆游的“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。在生活或是课堂中大人们总是向我们灌输一些人生大道理。但这些道理不经过实践未必可以完全理解。

六年级下册时，在一次体育课，本班几个个子高的同学被体育年级主任叫去，在沙堆前教我们推铅球。我们几个照做了，但离开时只对我说下周一早晨来操场。
In the second semester of sixth grade, during a physical education class, several tall students in our class were called by the physical education grade director to teach us shot put in front of a pile of sand. We followed the instructions, but when we left, they only told me to come to the playground next Monday morning.
后来才知道，这是在为校队选人，而我就有幸地通过了初选。这的确是一个难得的机会，因为从小我就在体育方面很具天赋，不过身处毕业之季，面对升学的压力，我开始犹豫。

At that time, I didn't have a deep understanding of the last sentence, I only knew that if I let go and worked hard, the result would always be good.
周一如期而至到操场，果然是为校队选人，不过后期还会再刷掉一波人，所以就需要时刻努力着。最开始热身环节我都有些吃不消，跑完步气喘吁吁，瘫坐在地上。老师见了很吃惊：“才跑了几圈？你这样怎么去参赛。”这时我才意识到所谓的有天赋，不过只是相较于同班同学罢了，而校队才是更广阔的天空。

With this understanding, I silently worked harder in the school team. When practicing shot put, the coach constantly adjusted my movements, key points of force, and release height. I also make adjustments in practice again and again to form muscle memory.
渐渐地，我的体质越来越好，推球动作越来越标准，成绩也越来越好，但这一切的背后都是努力来的。每天下午训练回家，一上车便累的倒下，腿又重又痛，但我从未放弃，因为我逐渐理解了“做了才无悔”。
Gradually, my physical fitness improved, my pushing skills became more standardized, and my grades improved, but all of this was achieved through hard work. Every afternoon after training at home, as soon as I got on the bus, I would fall down exhausted with heavy and painful legs, but I never gave up because I gradually understood that 'doing something makes no regrets'.

事后回味全过程，真的是十分努力，现在都无法想象竟然有那般坚强的毅力，脑海忽然回想起妈妈所说的“做了才无悔”！
