我最喜欢的老师，是我的班主任罗老师。她兢兢业业、一丝不苟、循循善诱。她人很好，不仅我喜欢她，凡是她教过的学生都很亲近她。班主任非常专业，她每次给我们上英语课都是用全英文与我们交流，提高我们的口语水平。一开始我的英语成绩并不理想，总是这错一点儿，那儿错一点儿，以至于我总是考不到高分。但是罗老师知道如何帮助我们学习和提高成绩。她很负责的告诉我们英语单词应该怎样记，应该背哪些课文，应该掌握哪些句型，作文应该怎样写。比如说：Then cook breakfast。这句话没有主语，罗老师会让我把它翻译一遍，让我自己意识到错误并改正。在每天上课前，她都会给我们听写5~20个单词不等。我们的课堂也十分有趣，不仅有小组讨论还可以表演节目……实在是有趣极了！班主任也十分负责。每当我们有不会的题去问她时，她会耐心的讲解给我们听，如果听不懂就会再讲一遍，直到我们听懂为止。他会尽心尽力照顾每一位同学，不会遗漏任何一个人。而且她还会主动关心我们的情绪，会帮助我们调解同学之间的矛盾。像这样负责的老师，在我们的学校还有许多许多。
