都说“一寸光阴一寸金,寸金难买寸光阴。”珍惜时间,高效做事,是我们每个小学生必不可少的美德。在生活中,有不少人迷恋手机,一天到晚没做过多少正事,手机成了他们无形的枷锁,打游戏、刷视频成了日常。有一次我来到表妹家,发现之前活泼开朗,经常嚷嚷着要我带她下楼玩的表妹变得很沉默。她总是把自己关在房间里玩手机,而且连上厕所,或者吃饭,都一刻没停下,甚至连写作业,也是把手机放一旁,边写边玩。而这些表现,也导致表妹做事越来越拖拉,她那原本水灵灵的大眼睛,逐渐变得无神,最近还戴上了厚厚的眼镜,让表妹看起来略显呆滞。
It is said that 'an inch of time is an inch of gold, and an inch of gold cannot buy an inch of time.' Cherishing time and working efficiently are essential virtues for every elementary school student. In life, many people are obsessed with their phones and haven't done much real work all day long. Their phones have become an invisible shackle, and playing games and watching videos have become their daily routine. Once I came to my cousin's house and found that she, who used to be lively and cheerful, often shouted for me to take her downstairs to play, had become very silent. She always locks herself in her room playing with her phone, and never stops going to the bathroom or eating. Even when doing homework, she puts her phone aside and plays while writing. And these behaviors have also led to my cousin becoming more and more procrastinating. Her once watery big eyes have gradually become lifeless, and recently she has even put on thick glasses, making her cousin look a bit dull.
现在我们身边总有不少小孩子、青年,甚至老人都被手机蛊惑,为此,我想提出以下几点意见:
Nowadays, there are always many children, young people, and even elderly people around us who are influenced by mobile phones. Therefore, I would like to put forward the following opinions:
1、合理安排时间,早睡早起,让自己有充足的睡眠时间,这样清醒的时候就有足够的精神状态。
1. Reasonably arrange time, go to bed early and wake up early, so that you have sufficient sleep time, so that you have enough mental state when you are awake.
2、在正确的时间做正确的事。比如,写作业时,不能一心多用,把所有无关的东西放远点,不要让它们降低我们写作业的速度和效率。

3、在休息时间里,不要选择玩手机,我们可以看看感兴趣的书,画一幅画,出去放松……

4、适当安排休息时间,不要过度休息,它会让我们产生懒惰心里,不但影响我们的做事效率,也会影响我们的身心健康。

同学们,为了响应国家关于“少年儿童强身健体”的号召,为了传承中华美德,也为了我们自己,让我们一起养成“珍惜时间”的好习惯,从现在做起!
