千里之行，始于足下。两天一夜的研学旅行，让我深受感悟。
A thousand mile trip begins with one step. The two-day and one night study tour has deeply impressed me.
在研学旅行前一天晚上，我高兴的睡不着觉，在第二天早上5点就起床了，我们洗漱完毕就出发了。等所有人集合完毕。在老师的带领下，我们坐上大巴车浩浩荡荡的出发了。
The night before the study tour, I was so happy that I couldn't sleep. The next morning at 5 o'clock, I woke up and we finished washing up before setting off. Wait for everyone to gather. Under the guidance of the teacher, we boarded the bus and set off in a grand manner.
我们先去了蔬菜园。蔬菜园里面有好多蔬菜，不仅营养丰富，而且非常好吃。我们然后去了韭菜园。我们知道了韭菜含有大量维生素，可以补肾温阳。增加免疫力。最后去了海洋馆。进去一路上看到许多小鱼，我们不仅去看了美人鱼表演还看了海豚表演，也让我们看到了人与动物和谐的一面。
We went to the vegetable garden first. There are many vegetables in the vegetable garden, which are not only nutritious but also very delicious. We then went to the chive garden. We know that chives contain a large amount of vitamins, which can nourish the kidneys and warm the yang. Enhance immunity. Finally, we went to the oceanarium. On the way in, we saw many small fish. We not only watched mermaid performances but also dolphin performances, which showed us the harmonious side between humans and animals.

第二天，我们洗漱完毕，就下楼排队去了。
The next day, after we finished washing up, we went downstairs to queue up.
我们来到森林旁边的丛林飞跃。看着别人在攀爬玩耍，我心里痒痒的，穿上防护衣服，也上去了，可能是胆子小，就不敢在往前走了，在上面在那哭，老师只好让教练带我下去，我发现一个人没有勇气可不行啊！
We arrived at the jungle next to the forest and flew over. Watching others climb and play, I felt an itch in my heart. I put on protective clothing and went up too. Perhaps because I was too timid, I didn't dare to move forward and cried on top. The teacher had to ask the coach to take me down. I realized that it's not enough for someone without courage!
我们玩过丛林飞跃就来到打枪这一环节，教练耐心的教导，让我们很快就学会了。做完之后，开始真实的演练，不过，我们最终完成了！
We played jungle jumping before coming to the shooting stage. The coach patiently taught us and we quickly learned it. After finishing, we started the real drill, but in the end, we were done!
最后一个环节就是真人cs，十分真实，让我们懂得现在的生活来之不易，要好好珍惜。
The last step is the real person CS, which is very authentic and helps us understand that our current life is hard won and we should cherish it.
这两天的训练让我收获满满，我知道团队之间要相互信任，团结一心，才能做好一件事情。期待下一次还可以过来研学旅行。
I have gained a lot from these two days of training. I know that teams need to trust each other and unite as one in order to do something well. Looking forward to coming on a study tour again next time.
