一年一度的纪念屈原的端午节又到了，这一天是农历五月初五，习俗有：赛龙舟、吃粽子、挂艾草。
The annual Loong Boat Festival commemorating Qu Yuan is coming again. It is the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. The customs are: racing Loong Boat, eating Zongzi, hanging wormwood.
那天，妈妈带着我去看赛龙舟，我开心得一蹦三尺高。来看赛龙舟的人还真不少。那场面是极其壮观，江边有一些人举着彩旗，岸上是人山人海，我和妈妈费了九牛二虎之力才挤到最前方。“砰砰砰”随着一声声炮响，赛场顿时锣鼓喧天，比赛正式开始啦！一艘艘龙舟就像一条条出海的蛟龙，激起了一团团雪白的浪花。看！一条条龙舟在湖面上你追我赶，谁也不甘落后。这场面真是激动人心啊！惹得四周传来加油声、欢呼声、尖叫声……有的人急得团团转，有的激动得跳了起来，有的紧握着拳头用力地喊到“加油！”，人们完全沉浸在这欢乐、激动的海洋里。
That day, my mother took me to watch the Loong Boat race, and I jumped three feet high happily. Many people come to see the Loong Boat race. The scene was extremely spectacular, with some people holding colorful flags by the river and a sea of people on the shore. My mother and I had to put in a lot of effort to squeeze to the front. With the sound of cannons, the arena was suddenly filled with drums and gongs, and the competition officially began! Each Loong Boat is like a dragon going out to sea, arousing white waves. Look! Loong Boat are chasing each other on the lake, and no one is willing to lag behind. This scene is really exciting! This caused cheers, cheers, and screams to come from all around... Some people were so anxious that they turned around, some were so excited that they jumped up, and some clenched their fists and shouted vigorously, "Come on!" People were completely immersed in this sea of joy and excitement.
龙舟比赛结束后，我们回到家开始包粽子，我仿照着妈妈的样子，先把两三片粽子叶交错叠在一起，卷成漏斗形，接着加入糯米、花生、红枣，然后小心地包成四角形状，最后用绳子紧紧地缠好，一个漂亮的粽子就包好了。粽子的口味有好多种，有蛋黄的，肉松的，火腿的……真想每个味道都尝尝。粽子不但味道多，而且形状也多，有椭圆形、斧头形……让人眼花燎乱。妈妈准备了多种馅料，也教我包不同形状的粽子。
After the Loong Boat race, we returned home and began to wrap Zongzi. I followed my mother's example. First, I folded two or three Zongzi leaves into a funnel, then added glutinous rice, peanuts, red dates, and carefully wrapped them into a four corner shape. Finally, I tightly wrapped them with ropes, and a beautiful Zongzi was wrapped. There are many flavors of Zongzi, including egg yolk, meat floss, ham... I really want to taste every flavor. Zongzi not only has a lot of flavor, but also has many shapes, such as oval shape and axe shape. My mother prepared a variety of fillings and also taught me to wrap Zongzi in different shapes.
这真是一个难忘的端午节啊！我既看到了精彩的龙舟比赛，又学会了包粽子，真是乐趣无穷！
